We just bought a house and our dryer, inherited from the previous owners, was getting super hot and our whole first floor was getting humid and steamy when we ran the dryer on high. We called Dryer Vent Professionals to check it out. Dariusz was so helpful in explaining that our vents hadn’t been cleaned in a long while while and the moisture for running the dryer in high heat was backing up into the house. The clogged vents were also a big fire hazard. Dariusz has our vents cleaned up in a little more than an hour and was very friendly and informative. We are renters in a condo that was built 17 years ago. We've been living here for 3 and since moving in have had to dry our clothes running the dryer at least 3 times. After smelling burning we had someone come and look at the dryer, all he did was show us how to clean the lint trap but didn't look at the vent. Finally we contacted Dryer Vent Professionals of San Diego to check it out. They did an inspection of the unit and showed us how much of a mess there was. They brushed and vacuumed the exhaust vent making it brand new as well as fixing the vent to our machine with a clamp (which was just slipped over the and not secured over the pipe) Very happy with the service and the professionalism.

Darius was very professional. He went above & beyond cleaning our dryer duct. Gave us a call prior to arrival. Showed up and were extremely professional. They go above what a normal dryer vent clean up gives you by also getting all the lint which is a fire hazard inside the dryer as well as the vent in the wall. Give pictures before and after so you can see what the problem is. They also give a 30 day guarantee to make sure they did the job right. Will use them again to keep on top of this every year instead of waiting until there is a problem.

Our dryer had years of accumulated lint. Dryer Vent Professionals did an excellent job of doing a very thorough job of removing the build up from all parts of the dryer and vent. Darius was excellent and we highly recommend this company.

Couldn’t have asked for a more thorough, professional job. Dryer removed from stacked position requiring removal of closet door (not easy), dryer itself completely opened, and years worth of lint mixed with cat hair meticulously removed. Vent hose that was patched together during initial installation was replaced, corroded external vent also replaced, and entire vent system completely cleaned. Friendly and instructive during entire several hour process. A bit pricier than expected - but worth every penny of it. Thank you!

So very glad that I called Dryer Vent Professionals of San Diego. My dryer stopped heating and I didn’t know whether to call an appliance repair company or start by getting the vents cleaned. I knew my dryer was way overdue for cleaning so decided to start there. Darius came out and explained everything every step of the way. The dryer looked clean from the outside but was a linty mess inside. Darius replaced a damaged vent, beautifully cleaned everything, and explained that the gas igniter hadn’t been able to light because of the lint build up which I knew is also a fire hazard. The dryer is working beautifully now and I have peace of mind knowing that I took care of a safety hazard. I will definitely call this company again.

Really wonderful experience with this company, from the positive initial communication by phone to the thorough in-person service. Our ducts had likely never been cleaned, and we noticed our dryer seemed be having a lot of difficulty getting our clothes dry. It turns out there was serious blockage in out ducts. Now that they are clear, our dryer is happy and clothes are drying in one cycle. There was no upsell or pressure to do more than we did, and the price was extremely reasonable. Very recommended!

Had a blocked dryer vent. Not lint but metal in the vent pipe. This was the second company we called due to the first company being unable to fix problem. Dariusz fixed the problem quick and at a great price. If you need your vents cleaned this is the company to call. The company name does reflect their work because they do a professional job.

Wow professional, exceptional work ethics and excellent work on my project. The area looks brand new. He cleaned 35 years of vent debris, installed new venting and cleaned everything. I was a dryer fire waiting to happen. I now have clean vents and my dryer is now efficient and not requiring extra drying time.

Extremely pleased with Dryer Vent Professionals of San Diego. Darius was very efficient and thorough, explaining everything and showing exactly where the blockage was in our dryer vent. He was a life saver in my eyes as our dryer would take hours and never dry clothes but now it is drying beautifully in a fraction of the time!! We will be calling for this service yearly!

Very happy with service performed by Dryer Vent Professionals. Dryer was opened up and cleaned out completely. The duct had a lot more lint than we expected because we clean the screen after every use. Employee (sorry, don't recall his name)also confirmed my suspicion that our dryer belt needed to be replaced, so that was taken care of. He was friendly, professional and answered our questions. Feel much safer knowing all the lint has been removed and the belt repaired. Will keep Dryer Vent Professionals contact information in our "Home Repairs" folder for future use.
