I am very pleased with the service I received from Dryer Vent Professionals, Inc. The lead technician Luis was extremely informative during the cleaning process. My dryer has been in service for 2 - 3 years and admittedly, I have not done any vent cleaning maintenance on it. My vent is a long run that exhausts on the 2nd story of my house which probably hasn't been cleaned for five years or longer. Luis showed me before and after pictures of all, and WOW, what a difference. All looks new now. I feel very lucky that I didn't have either a dryer fire or a house fire. I will definitely be calling Dryer Vent Professional, Inc. on a regular basis and highly recommend you do the same.

Talk about saving my rear end!! The professionals at Dryer Vent Professionals of San Diego did a fantastic job. Setting up the appointment was easy, they arrived during the window provided and offered excellent service. I let Dariusz the owner know my situation, we had a burning smell after doing a load of laundry and were concerned about our dryer. He let me know this was something they handled all the time.

Once they got to work, he showed me exactly what was happening in my dryer and my jaw dropped to the floor...there was maybe an inch layer of lint in the bottom of my dryer, completely burnt, thankfully it didn't completely catch on fire and burn our house down. The dryer came with the house when we purchased it a couple of years ago and we didn't think to have it professionally cleaned out.

Now we will do it every year! They also cleaned our my vent system and provided a video of the cleaning tool going all the way to the top of my vent up to the roof. After cleaning, everything looked like it was brand new. The team also mentioned my dryer would likely need a new belt and another piece to keep it running smoothing in the next year or so. No pressure to replace anything now. If there are any issues, they said to give them a call and they would make it out to resolve them. We ran the dryer after they left and everything is running so smoothly now.

We have used them twice for dryer vent cleaning. They are great! They are efficient, through, and professional. Setting up an appointment is easy and the service techs are friendly and knowledgable.

I write this review because I am glad they were willing to come when it was very hard to do in the middle of a pandemic last December.

They appeared professional and wore shoe covers on the way in,
And did a diligent job too at cleaning the vents. And also helped us diagnose and answer some HVAC related questions.

Though my only disappointment is that a gash was torn in the duct following their cleaning , which was ok before their service. Resulting in no blowing air coming out of the vents downstairs(we have two zones in the house) while my energy bills skyrocketed as the furnace was heating the attic or at least 60% air coming out of it, there was air coming out of upstairs vents though. I called them back immediately after noticing there was no air coming out of the downstairs vents when I turned on the furnace after they finished cleaning and left, they couldn't/wouldn't discover the problem when they came back days later.

It took me months of paying abnormally high gas costs and enduring half the house cold, to finally find a HVAC contractor that could diagnose the problem which was a large hole that had been discovered in the airduct going downstairs, thus the furnace was heating the attic instead. While I understand that accidents and unexpected things can happen even with the most abundance of precautions during duct cleaning. Though as a company that specializes in air ducts I expected them to be able to at least inspect the ductwork and find the problem, since they were able to take pictures of some of the ducts the day they cleaned. If they had found the problem early, and not left me in the cold, I would recommend them to other people. I was originally tempted to leave a two star review, but since they came, cleaned my ducts, helped answer ,my questions, and acted professional I decide to rating them as I did now.

Jonathan and Jen are the best!!! We love their service and attention to detail. We are very sensitive to chemicals, and we will only use SD Air Quality because of the choice they make in cleaning products.
Their onsite staff members are courteous and efficient.

I found this air duct cleaning service while searching online, after reading some reviews i decided to email them and 2 other duct cleaning services. SD Air Quality answered promptly and where the only one to provide me with a Exact Quote based on what i needed done. 2 guys showed up to my door, they were really nice and friendly, had company uniforms and you could tell it wasn t their first job. Overall i am really happy i went with them. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a air duct cleaning done.

Junior and Brandon serviced my home and did a amazing Job. Not only am I glad I made the decision to get the service done int he first place, I made the right decision using these guys. Make sure you check with the company exactly how they will be cleaning the ducts. Both the receptionist and technicians were knowledgeable. Junior and Brandon did an amazing job once there and walked us through everything, absolutely SUPERIOR customer service from them, couldn't get better. Home smells amazing and it just feels cleaner. Great customer service. As a mother with a new baby born ,I decided to clean my air ducts in the
house. After doing a little research online, and seen the great reviews I made up my mind to go with
sd air quality. They were able to set same week appointment which worked perfect with my busy
schedule. The techs called me before they got to my place , they arrived on time and were very
friendly,polite and explained the entire process with patience ( I had a lot of questions) . I also
decided to clean my dryer vents to prevent any fire hazards.It was a great service and experience. I
am definitely going to recommending them to others!!
