Team Swede came on out to my home on-time (Even a little early!), explained what the process was, laid out dropcloths, put on shoe coverings and did their thing. They were quick, thorough and took pictures of the issues with my chimney.

This made it easy to get an explanation of what repairs were needed (And by someone else, not them. They're not chimney masons, which was cool because I knew they weren't trying to invent work for the sake of work!)

They even called me to say they could come early if I was available! They don't charge me extra to sweep it unless it requires cleaning. I appreciate the honesty! I called for an inspection and cleaning. Terri was very good at getting me on the schedule and quoting 2 prices; 1 for the inspection and 1 for the cleaning. Rick and Kyle were on time and very professional. They took care to not get anything dirty and wore booties. They inspected everything and said that I didn’t need to have it cleaned. I asked a lot of questions and they answered them all. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Kyle came to my house a few days ago to assess my chimney. He spent a good deal of time checking the fire box and the chimney from the roof and from the living room. He found that my chimney was in such bad shape that there’s nothing he could do that day, and he gave me a referral to a fire brick mason and explained what that process would look like. I’m grateful for his help, and I highly recommend this business to anyone with a chimney.

Rick is incredibly knowledgeable and happy to help you learn to use your fireplace safely. He will be honest with you about any issues he finds and is helpful in getting the issues fixed even if he can't personally fix them. Terri always returns phone calls promptly and she was able to get me into their schedule in only a couple of weeks even though it is their busy season. You can trust them to make sure your fireplace is safe to use!

Dryer Vent Professionals of SD are amazing, thorough and trustworthy. They offered a level of customer service I haven’t seen in years. I was shopping around for a new dryer, due to problems with our current dryer not heating/drying properly, when I decided to first have our vent cleaned in order to avoid the high cost of a new dryer. What a great decision!!! Little did I know - THAT was our problem. Dryer Vent Pros discovered the vent was blocked with lint and recommended replacing the soft vent with a solid aluminum one. They also discovered, due to vent blockage, there was an enormous amount of lint built up throughout the dryer’s interior. If I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes, I would not have believed it because we routinely clean out the small lint screen after every use. It’s a scary thought, but it was a fire waiting to happen.

I am embarrassed as to how bad I allowed my vent to get, but Dryer Vent Professionals were non-judgmental and very helpful. I was shown before and after and explanations were provided. Advice was also given. The rep was very nice and professional. I was called when he was on his way. The job was well-done and less expensive that I was anticipating.
