We needed repair work done on our electric dryer and Dryer Vent Professionals came to the rescue! Their technicians are always very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They replaced the broken belt and had us up and running in no time! We will be recommending Dryer Vent Professionals to anyone that needs dryer vent cleaning or dryer repair!!!

Our 7 dryer vents were cleaned by 2 technicians who were very clean, professional and on time. The work was completed early and we are very happy they provided pictures of the before and after. Great job guys!

Best service ever! We have a long run for our dryer vent, and they handled it without a hitch. Technician showed us some tricks to help get the lint to the vent line. Will only use them in the future.

They came to our building and did vent cleaning for several of the units..they were great! Because so many of us had the cleaning done we were offered a discounted fee🎉 They were very courteous with good communication before they arrived, showed up on time and, went right to work.

I had an extremely positive experience with this company! The owner is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable . I had my dryer vents cleaned. During the inspection he noticed my belt needed replacement. Darius offered to go to Home Depot to pick one up . Upon returning he said it was back ordered and then rescheduled my appointment to include the belt replacement. He returned on time and spent extra time answering all of my questions. I was extremely satisfied with the attention to detail and superb customer service!

The two service men were great! They were polite, knowledgeable & thorough! They wore booties to not track dirt into my house. In addition to cleaning out the vents, they inspected my dryer & made recommendations & cleaned out all of the lint & mess INSIDE my dryer too. I would recommend this company to EVERYONE!!

My dryer duct was almost completely clogged. Darius and his assistant did a wonderful job. They made sure not only was the duct clear but the dryer also. I am very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism. I will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone who needs that type of service.

Easy to schedule. Great service. Reasonable prices. They cleaned out my dryer vent that hadn’t been serviced in 15 years. Also took off front panel of dryer and cleaned out the lint.

If you have never done this, it is worth doing for the peace of mind alone. Dariusz not only cleaned inside of the dryer and the vent pipe, he went up on the roof and checked/fixed the vent door! I highly recommend Dryer Vent Professionals. Dariusz did an outstanding job cleaning both the inside of my dryer and the ventilation that had completely clogged with over a decade of accumulated lint. He used his custom camera as each section was cleared to discover that our upstairs condo ventilation has multiple sharp turns and exited on the far corner of our downstairs neighbor's (fenced) patio (4 unit condo). What was initially an estimated 1 hour of work turned into a four hour nightmare session of scrubbing and vacuuming from both ends of the ventilation system. We really appreciate the perseverance and attention to detail. We will definitely call Dariusz for annual maintenance here and at future properties.

I chose dryer vent professionals because of a referral, good pricing (senior discount!!) for a new dryer vent. the demeanor of the woman (Lisa?) who answered the call added to my decision to hire this company.
the gentlemen that showed up were very, very courteous and professional. the 'clean up' pretty well.
the four stars are ONLY because of a small hiccup in the pricing which left me disappointed. (was told one thing but not what the invoice indicated). HOWEVER, it was cleared up within the day. michelle was very, very kind in handling the situation. I would definitely hired this company again.

The team arrived right on time, sending a friendly text message reminder about 30 minutes before their arrival. From the moment they stepped in, they were incredibly professional, making sure not to disturb anyone in the house. They even wore their own shoe covers without being asked, which my wife truly appreciated.

They explained the entire process clearly, detailing what they would do and how long it would take. Their state-of-the-art equipment, including cameras that could navigate the tightest spaces in the vents, was impressive. As they worked, they let me watch and explained everything they were doing. Had a bad experience with another company—my “check vent” light stayed on after their visit last week. Called Vent Professionals of San Diego, and they were fantastic. Nick was professional, explained everything clearly, and did a thorough job—he even removed the top and front panels to clean inside the dryer. On time, courteous, thorough, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Excellent technician, found issue with dryer, partial combustion of lint!!! Even though lint trap always cleaned, enough accumulated to cause blockage of vent pipes and in dryer! Dariusz went the extra step to clean both, test the heat level as well as the air flow..took it one step beyond..five star rating for excellent technical knowledge and service..

Luis and Francisco are the best team. Why? Luis was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and was very thorough in making sure the work is done right the first time with the help of Francisco. Luis even put in a new clamp to secure the aluminum dryer hose duct. Great customer service. BRAVO! A real pleasure to conduct business with the company and the staff 👏. We'll see you next year!
