Christopher and his team were great to work with. I've met with many arborists over the years, and Christopher was by far the most personable and clearly knowledgeable about our needs for our Italian stone pine tree in SF. The work went beautifully and was well coordinated among his team, who were all friendly and professional. This is the shape our pine tree (and yard) was waiting for! CC Tree Design came highly recommended by trusted neighbors and friends in the neighborhood and now I see why. We couldn't be happier with their work!

Work was done carefully, efficiently and better than we could do ourselves. No surprises and they completed the work on the estimated cost. I will recommend and use their services again.

Christopher and his crew are the best. They've been trimming a stand of olive trees that we planted on Florida Street many years ago in collaboration with Friends of the Urban Forest. They take the time and care needed to make the trees thrive, and they know what they're doing. Hire them. You'll be very happy you did.

I have been using CC Tree Design for many, many years, both at my own home and as the first recommendation for clients (I'm a realtor) looking for garden design and maintaince services. The team is awesome.

Their last project for me was just completed. Our yard had outgrown its original design and Christopher helped me rethink the yard, how it is used and its functionality. The crew got rid of lots of overgrown succulents and shrubbery, trimmed back years of palm tree prongs and rearranged other plants we loved, and planted new bee-attracting, colorful ones that instantly gave our yard a lovely new life.

If I could give the crew 10 stars I would.....oh, and they leave behind absolutely no mess..........and are super pleasant to work with.

We have used Christopher Campbell and his crew for years and Lawrence has been our expert Elm tree climber for risk reduction. We have a small garden with big trees. The whole team are amazing- prompt efficient and friendly with yearly tree pruning and every other year risk reduction. They leave the place clean and our neighbors satisfied. I have used other services but with CC tree design, our trees are healthier and sturdier and our garden more glorious. Christopher is not just an arborist but a tree and plant life advisor. He has helped us in many ways over the past few years:

2. Pruning other smaller trees, with an eye toward tree health and windowing of views.
3. Advice on a tree root system and the best way to improve the health of a root crown.

Christopher and his team have been kind and thoughtful, always on time, respectful of our home and garden, and exceedingly easy to work with. His team has a great rapport with neighbors, left our job site spotless (cleaner when they started), and is a trustworthy and friendly group.

Additionally, Christopher has taken the time to educate my wife and me on the best way to care for our trees, has been available between appointments to talk, and has helped us learn more about tree care.

Overall, Christopher loves what he does, which shows in how he and his team show up. I cannot recommend CC Tree Design enough!

It feels good to have a one of a kind tree company do the work of caring for my mini backyard forest. The crew I’ve come to know and appreciate are scheduled every year so they know the trees well!

I've hired CC Tree Design now for two different projects (tree removal and securing another tree which fell over in a recent storm) and have been so impressed with them. Chris the owner is incredibly knowledgeable (and personable) and he and his crew do an excellent and efficient job -- they also really make sure to clean up afterwards which is a huge bonus. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
