I was looking for tree trimming service for my cousin in San Francisco. His garden once was beautiful, but then he abandoned it for 2 years of COVID pandemic. So, the case was hard. We called Severe Chopper service, they arrived, and everything was done in 4 hours. It wasn't very cheap - reasonable price, you know. But the quality was brilliant!

My experience with Bartlett was superior from beginning to end. Aaron did an admirable job balancing his own advise with our goals, explaining when and the latter might not work.

Bartlett's on-the-ground arborists, Cody and Jo, were also talented and responsive -- and pleasurable, too!

Our yard now lets in much more sunshine, and our front tree is proportional for the first time in many years and healthy-looking, too.

The Bartlett crew — Hallie, Juan Carlos, and Victor — did a wonderful job pruning and shaping the camellias in our courtyard garden. We depend on their skills, expertise, and professionalism, and they always come through!

Juan Carlos and Ethan were terrific! They were extremely knowledgeable about how. And where to cut. The oaks were in need of cutting out dead limbs and general sky lighting. The other trees were so overgrown there was no light getting through. Within minutes of arriving they had assessed the situation and had a plan on what and how to do the job. They took extra care in covering the koi pond and left the entire yard, driveway and sidewalks totally clean. I couldn’t be happier or more impressed with the work and oh by the way they are really nice and friendly guys!

I’m at my son’s place in San Francisco. He has this gorgeous old tree in the backyard of his 100 year old house. It needed a trim.

He’s used Bartlett to do the job on a number of occasions and once again they performed above and beyond our expectations.

The team today were Juan Carlos, he did the climbing / cutting, Hallic and Ethan were on the ground doing the cleaning, tidying and public relations. A great team who made all of us here very happy.

I was previously unaware that Bartlett provided services other than tree trimming. My gardener suggested we use them to do soil testing, deep fertilization and pest control. We worked with Aaron Feldner to set this up and have been very pleased with the outcome. They also helped trim a tree to prevent birds roosting which was problematic for our lot. Our garden is back on track and we really appreciate the reliability and professionalism of the team, including Aaron and Abby who is in charge of scheduling and office administration. I believe they are out of business.. None of the mail boxes at their tel # has any place to leave a message, and they do not answer emails, and the only date mentioned..is by Juan Carrasco, and it refers to "being back in the office in Dec.

I got some very good advice from June about navigating the SF permit process. I ended up going with a slightly cheaper quote (unfortunately I need to save every penny these days) but wanted to check in here and thank June for his help.

They were prompt with estimates and callbacks. Happy to have them work on a tree with a difficult fence between houses. They left the place cleaner than it was before the tree trimming.

One of your technicians came out to look at my 2 sick trees. He was prompt, knowledgable and concise. He knew what the problem was and what needed to be done. He left promising to send an estimate that evening to my email address. I never received it. I gave him a week and then called and sent a request for the estimate, as I am anxious to get the work started. A week later and still no word? This is a bad business model.

Worked with Josh to nudge our neighbors to trim their trees that were over the property line and dropping leaves/fruit on our deck. Experience was great! Easy scheduling, communicative, and completed work looks awesome!

Once I approved Juan Carrasco's estimate, it took several phone calls and at least three months for him to call me back. And then it was to let me know someone could come that day. Well', " that day" was inconvenient for me and it took about another month or six weeks for him to call back to say, once again, someone could come the next day. A nice young man did come, applied the treatment I had accepted for an estimate of $350. Surprise! When I got the bill, there was an additional $185 charged for a treatment I never authorized. This may just be a problem with Juan's services but I will never use Bartlett again.
