We had a large branch split on the tree in front of our house, and it was dangerous and also threatening our neighbor's house. These guys provided outstanding service, they showed up very quickly and provided a quote for a great price in my opinion. We had to wait for a little while to sort things out with the city, and they waited patiently. I don't know how we could have expected anything better.

Wish I had a before picture of the trees that were trimmed. They were very overgrown. Erick and the team were easy to work with and did a great job. Very responsive, punctual, thorough and cleaned up well! Will be hiring them again for any tree needs.

They were very safety-conscious and efficient. They quickly cleaned dead branches and thinned out the canopy, and removed large limbs to reduce the weight on a vulnerable trunk. They lowered the limbs to the ground very carefully and cleaned up completely when they were done.

One tree had grown at a strange angle and they were able to stake it and strategically shape it so that it appears much straighter and more attractive. Throughout the process the entire crew was extremely respectful of our property, as well as our neighbors' and even cleaned their roof and backyard. Used Erick's company for the first time after my usual tree guy said he couldn't get his stump grinder through the small access door to my back yard, was hoping for the best, and surprised at how great my experience was. They removed two tree trunks, one with the grinder, one by hand. The price was quite reasonable, they were professional, came on time, cleaned up, super easy and nice to work with. I contacted The Dog Tree Service to remove a sick and dying palm tree from my backyard. Erick showed up within a few hours of my call and provided me with a reasonable estimate. He said his crew be here within two days and could take care of the job within a couple of hours. I was a little concerned about other plants within a few feet and an inflatable hot tub several feet away. Erick and his crew were able to arrive early and made quick work of taking down the palm tree. They carefully bundled the fronds and trunk as the only way to remove the debris was through the house. They were very professional, arrived on time, did great work in trimming my bamboo trees, leaving them styled nicely and making sure that I approved before finishing up.
