Amazing work! Tree's Company took out an old plum tree and limbed up my oak trees. Very attentive, safe, and quality work! I will definitely use their services again!

I had a great experience with Trees Company! They were quick to respond to my inquiry, easy to schedule with, and did an amazing job on my small backyard trimming up 3 overgrown trees and a Jasmine that had taken over the place. I'll definitely have them back for annual upkeep.

Chris is, simply, the best. I have not encountered a business like this in all my years in SF. He has provided services to our home for the last 6 years. He is kind and professional, always on time, and does exactly what he says he will do. I inquired with 5 arborists and he was, by far, the best priced and the one I felt the most comfortable with. Everything was quick, easy, and super professional. They helped us remove a tree from our backyard in a pretty small space. They took care of permits for parking and left the backyard pretty spotless for cutting down and grinding a large tree. I was impressed how quickly / diligently the team worked together and I would highly recommend.

Trees Company came out to prune three of our very large Cherry Laurels. We wanted to keep the trees from growing over our deck, all the while maintaining a screen for privacy (not an easy task). In addition, we had the tops trimmed to the line of the house, in order to preserve our neighbor’s view. The work was done artfully and quickly by an experienced crew and the result exceeded our expectations. My own impression after meeting with Christopher is that his passion for arboriculture is akin to Vincent’s for painting.

Christopher and his team are absolutely stellar! I have a very tall Monterey Cypress in my backyard that required major pruning, along with a variety of smaller trees that had to be removed. Chris and his team tackled it all within a few hours. It was awesome to witness them work together – pruning those massive trees is no joke! Chris has built a truly skilled and solid team. Couple that with his prompt communication and punctual timing – it's awesome! 👏 Highly recommend!

Have used these guys twice now to trim large trees in our back yard (lemon and cypress). They do a great job, give helpful advice to any questions, friendly, easy to work with, great communication, very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend

Urban has trimmed the trees in our HOA-maintained park and driveway for many years. Their team is knowledgeable, professional, and care about the long-term health of trees. We have been pleased with their work and enjoy working with them.

I live on a prominent corner in San Francisco and have two very large ash
trees that are about 40' tall. Below them is a very delicate shade garden
consisting of fern trees, hydrangeas, giant birds of paradise, etc. After a
very thorough consultation with the head arborist, it was decided that both
trees needed pruning to take out the dead and cross branches, and thin out
some of the canopy that had been damaged from the winds off the Pacific
Ocean. The team showed up on time with the correct equipment and knew
exactly how to proceed. Not a single plant from the garden was damaged.
There were two 8' to 10' tall piles of cutting that were swiftly put through
a chipper and the entire yard, street and sidewalks were swept and blown
clean. This is the second time The Urban Arborist have serviced these trees
and I would not trust them to anyone else. I highly recommend their service
and thank them for a job well done.

Urban Arborist is simply the best arborist in San Francisco. I've worked with them three times across two properties, and they are always excellent with communication, do what they say they're going to do, are reasonable with their pricing, and do a great job of catering to the exact needs that you have.

We've used The Urban Arborist's services to trim our street tree several times over several years. They're always responsive to our requests and the needs of the tree and clean up beautifully. We'll definitely be back.

Urban Arborist has been trimming my large Coastal Redwood every two years for the past 6 years. They have been very helpful in containing the tree and roots within the area we have between two houses. They even helped reset my fence that had been lifted by the roots. I plan to use their services for many years to come.
