I needed two very dirty area rugs and a dirty stairwell rug cleaned. They were so stained and dirty, I thought there was no hope. Ken sent a team of three professionals out to my house, and they did an amazing job! The rugs and the stairway look better than new, all of the stains are gone, they look absolutely perfect! His team was friendly, professional, responsible, dedicated to getting the job done, and just a pleasure to have in my home for a couple hours. I offered them glasses of water, and they even washed the glasses. I couldn’t be happier! Amazing experience! Thank you, Ken and your team!

I paid $195 to have my staircase carpet cleaned, nothing else. It was stress free and Ken was extremely professional and responsive to communicate with. The service technician arrived 5 minutes before the end of the 1 hour window I was given and took a while to get setup. Admittedly our place is tricky, through a courtyard up a flight of exterior stairs and then the staircase leading inside our unit, which was the one in need of cleaning. Overall we are pretty happy and would use again for move out. I didn't like that my husband slipped on a step outside because the steps were left wet and slippery. Raoul, the technician instead of apologizing said "oh, I saw what happened you missed a step". Also, I received an email from Ken saying "if you have additional areas that you need carpets cleaned like say hallway or bedroom or so, we could include that in this same price. Just wanted to let you know, so as to be fair and reasonable", which I thought was a very kind gesture. I said we have hardwood everywhere else but had a couch that could use cleaning we were quoted another $55 so it came off as more of an upsell instead of a kindness. That is just some feedback, I would not dissuade anyone from using Sparkling carpets. Rauol showed me how dirty the water was that came out of the carpet so that made me feel better.

Sparkling Carpets did a wonderful job! I thought my carpet would need replacing after a major renovation project but they were able to make the carpet look new again. They were timely, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend!

Rugs turned out very well, and looks much better! Sparkling Carpets was easy to get a quote, as well as schedule. The cleaners were professional, left no mess, and followed protocol with masks. Also wore booties to protect our new floors. Will use them again!!

I called to find out more info on cleaning cowhide rugs and Sparkling Carpets got back to me right away. They were so considerate and drove out to my house to take a look at the rug to give me a more accurate estimate/quote and picked the rug up to clean it. It was very reasonable to clean my pet stained cowhide/leather rug and the turn around time was 1 week - way better than the 10 days - 2 weeks I was quoted by a laundromat! They brought the rug back to me and it looks great! They even lubricated it for me to keep it in good condition because it was dry. These guys are very educated in the industry and were so helpful! Raul did an AMAZING job. Our carpets were full of cat hair and causing horrible allergies. Raul asked all the right questions and made me feel confident that he cared about customizing the job to my needs. Not only that, he called the next day to check in and make sure everything was as expected. Couldn’t recommended this service more!

I’m a returning customer of Sparkling Carpets. They did a great job with my white shag rug in August 2022 and an even better job the second time around which was a year later. They’re the reason I haven’t discarded the white rug because my puppy messed it up really bad. He would sometimes pee on it, and I would clean and clean which was frustrating. I can’t thank Sparkling Carpets enough for bringing my rug back to life. Enzo is grown now and no longer messes up the rug so we can both enjoy it. The rug is pristine and back to its original white color, all pet stains/odor is gone, and it smells really nice. I’ll definitely be keeping it for a long time, all thanks to Sparkling Carpets!

I'd been meaning to have the carpet in my stairs cleaned for a couple years. Was so glad to have been referred to Sparkling Carpets. I was able to schedule quickly, they arrived promptly, did a great job, and were reasonably priced. They also cleaned cushions on a couch I'd all but given up on and it looks great too.
