Juan and Kyle at Stanley Steemer did an excellent job removing black stains that had been on our carpet for years. They arrived on time and very professional! The process from quoting to final touch of the job was seamless. Very recommended!

The staff were on time, called to say they were on their way and explained everything that they were going to do. They worked efficiently and charged what they said they would. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because they just left and it will take time to experience the cleaner air. If I di, I will definitely use them again and give them the 5 stars.

Omar and Roberto did an amazing job on my carpet (living/dining and two bedrooms), removing stains that two other companies had already tried to remove unsuccessfully. Before calling them I really thought I would have to change the entire carpet, and now it looks great.

They moved the furniture for the cleaning and put in back in place afterwards. Nice guys, easy to interact with.

The only thing is I wish they had told me beforehand I could use the truck service as opposed to the mobile machine, which is cheaper ($125) and better (according to them)

The workers were pleasant and explained things well - including pictures. They also vacuumed everything and left it in a clean, usable state.

I want commend Omar and David, they were puntual, reliable, courteous and work as a team. They clean my carpet and did an excellent work.

I couldn’t have asked for a better cleaning. Marcelino and Kyle were so phenomenal! My carpets have never looked cleaner. I’m so unbelievably happy. They were kind, very clear about what they were doing and so quick!

Drayon & Juan My carpets have been cleaned so well by stanly steam so much better than a different company the guys helped me move a heavy couch and cleaned underneath also a California king bed polite and professional I will be using agin in the future

We are very pleased with Omar and Roberto’s work. They arrived promptly within our scheduled window, explained what they’d be doing and proceeded to work. Our stairs look amazingly good, fresh, like new. We’d had another company clean these carpets a few years back and were not satisfied with results. We’ll definitely be coming back to Stanley Steemer next time we need the carpet cleaned.
