Raul at Sparkling Carpets did an amazing job restoring the disgusting abused wall to wall carpet in my rental unit! He was willing to come in advance in person to give me an estimate, unlike competitors from national syndicates. Prompt, personable and highly professional service. I will ALWAYS use Sparkling Carpets for my cleaning needs!

From start to finish Sparkling Carpets was efficient and professional. We received a quote within hours of requesting one and were able to schedule our service for a few days later. We are very happy with the service from Sparkling Carpets. I have never seen our carpets look this good. Sparkling Carpets did an amazing job! I am very happy with it and I will only use them for carpet cleaning going forward.

We had a great experience working with Ken and Raul from Sparking Carpets. We hired them to steam clean 3 carpets and re-stretch 1 carpet in our San Francisco condominium. Scheduling was straightforward via email, and the work was performed efficiently and expertly by Raul. Ken also helped me coordinate cleaning and re-stretching for neighbors who were also interested in their services. Sparkling Carpets is highly professional and I'd absolutely recommend working with them.

Sparkling Carpets did an excellent job steam cleaning the carpets in both our bedrooms. We’ve had stains in both rooms for over 2 years and they managed to get everything off, line magic. They were professional, thorough and made sure to explain the process to us ahead of time. Our carpets are spotless now and it was so worth the price.

Raul, the carpet technician who cleaned the upholstery on a couch and 5 area rugs, was great. He was on time, professional, and did a great job. Our carpets and sofa are indeed "sparkling". Ken, who scheduled the appointment. was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive and followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Sparkling Carpets came recommended from a neighbor, who had also used them and were super pleased. Highly recommend!

Excellent and super fast work! I had two dirty carpets cleaned and they look like new now! Ken was very nice and helped me schedule the service. I can't say enough about how good of a company Sparkling carpets is they have been cleaning my carpets for years and there service is the best I have ever used. Ken always remembers me my home which carpets needs cleaning and is willing to get the job done at a time that works for me and accommodates my need for quick turnaround.

We had a pretty bad, old, nasty coffee stain on an area wool rug. I called at least 5 vendors before coming upon Sparkling Carpets. No one wanted to be bothered; even when the service was listed on their website. I'm not sure if it was COVID or laziness. Anyway, Sparkling Carpets were responsive, friendly, knowledgeable. They had an expert technician out within a week and the job took less than an hour. Not only was the rug cleaned, I was educated on the process. I would recommend Sparkling Carpets if you want efficient results.

I cannot recommend sparkling carpets (Ken and his team) more highly. Quality surpassed my comprehension of what was possible. Price is honestly a phenomenal deal. I would have paid a ton more for the quality of work they did. I also plan to get my rugs cleaned by them on a regular basis from now on because my experience has been so terrific and my rugs look so great.

Professionalism: they were extremely prompt on pick up and delivery, helped me move my furniture and carried the heavy rugs out of my Victorian (many steps) house (and put everything back when redelivered). They also checked in with me regularly via text to let me know their progress and since my rugs were in such bad shape, they kept them for an extra week to do even more work on them (no extra charge for all this extra work).

Quality of work:
We had multiple area rugs that had weathered every anxious + sick dog, infant, toddler, and food stain possible for the last 3 years. They even fixed/removed the stains we had made trying to clean all of these stains (baking soda, oxy clean, natures miracle).

One rug is +1” thick, handwoven, very high quality wool rug 12’x14’. (Why we have such a nice rug with so many little monsters is a great question). It has huge fat loops, making it nearly impossible for any vacuum to actually suction to the bottom of the rug and perfect for trapping all sized crumbs or even small snacks. When left alone our dog has ripped open multiple, full compost bags on this carpet. Coffee grounds to gd-knows-what (including baby formula which stains like crazy) was in this carpet. There was even mouse poop where the couch had been, I’m sure it had been feeding off the food in the crevices of this carpet. Disgusting.

The other rug is a white and red rug which had what my husband and I thought were very permanent pet stains and even printer ink stains from exploded cartridges. All of these stains were OLD (1-3yrs) and yet these professionals got them all out. Truly stunning.

This is a fantastic team of very high quality rug cleaners and good humans. I truly think you’ll be surprised at the magic they can do!

This is my second time using Sparkling Carpets, and I have been delighted both times. Ken and Raul provide excellent, prompt service. They cleaned my wool area rug thoroughly and made it look like new. I highly recommend!

We had a great experience with this business, which was recommended by another family, always a good sign. Raul was right on time, even a little early, which was great for us, efficient and friendly and explained everything well - we had a cat urine stain to get rid of and he gave us some suggestions we hadn’t though about for fixing that part of our hallway. They also communicated clearly and patiently about the billing. Would definitely use them again!

Very satisfied with Raul’s work. I had about 30 steps and a hallway for him to steam clean and he was very efficient. I was able to book the appointment pretty much right away too.

They did a great job moving and replacing the furniture when they were finished. I used the basic cleaning service which was fine for my apartment grade carpeted areas.
