I requested a quote on their website and they responded within minutes. The price was very affordable and fair. I had some delicate fabrics (pure wool rug, linen sofa, and chenille ottoman) and they turned out perfectly. Sparkling Carpets performs a multistep, very deep cleaning and their products smell fresh. The cleaning team was focused and efficient, but very conscientious and thorough. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

After researching a number of different carpet cleaning services, I hired Sparkling Carpet Cleaning because of their flexibility, same-day availability, and reasonable rates.

The two men who were sent to the job were very personable and easy to work with. The main serviceman, Gus, was very customer satisfaction driven and did the majority of the work.
In short, he did a great job cleaning my very stained carpets. I am very pleased with the work as it is much better than I expected! I will hire this company again in the future!

I was very happy with the services I received from Sparkling Carpets yesterday. Your staff called in advance to seek my convenience, arrived on time and were completely finished in about 90 minutes. They were very courteous and careful with our home. They cleaned up the work site thoroughly by even wiping up all the tiny water drops. I found that quite thoughtful. Sparkling Carpets helped us with two large area rugs and our white sectional. While there were stains that just wouldn't budge, our white sofa looks way better than before and I know it's definitely cleaner. We are very glad we used their services! They also were very helpful when we had issues in our remodel that shifted the timeline (once very last minute).

Owner Ken was very responsive, patient and kind as I had to change scheduled cleaning date TWICE. He also confirmed the cleaning again the day before and let us know the names of the technicians coming the day of - We got the A Team with Rachel, William and Katherine who were all three very professional and personable. They worked together shampooing and then steam cleaning the carpets. William even did final carpet brushing which I had never seen before. Rachel, made sure to answer any questions we had and also offered information we needed to know. We have older light beige carpets and they look almost new - Very satisfied. I ordered general carpet cleaning for 1bd unit. I got appointment for the same week, with 2-hour window. The crew showed up on time, did very thorough job, and my old carpet looks clean and inviting again! Sparkling Carpets has cleaned my carpets in my house and my office for several years now. Ken has always been extremely professional and he and his employees have done an outstanding job with the cleanings. They were prompt and efficient and really brightened up my carpets. It is incredible how quickly they get dirty and I forget how good they look until they get cleaned again. I had some coffee stains in my office that I thought were too difficult to remove during their last appointment, but they luckily were able to get the stain out with their chemicals and elbow grease. I have been all around satisfied with the service that Ken provides and I give Sparkling Carpets high recommendations.

This is the third time I’ve used the services of Sparkling Carpets for cleaning carpets and furniture upholstery. Their response time is lighting fast (less than a day to respond, less than 3 days to get an appointment, plus they will work on weekends), and the quality of the work is perfectly satisfactory. The staff is professional and friendly. The services are not super cheap, but not overpriced either - and in any case, you get what you pay for! I highly recommend them.

Ken, Raul, and team did an amazing job at communicating with me as well as making my home feel refreshed! Besides affordable pricing, I will continue to hire them again for three reasons:

1. They got rid of heavy pet odors. I had guests staying with me the next day and they could not even smell any odors from my puppy’s accidents.

2. They got rid of a smoky/dusty smell in our carpets that the previous tenants left. We’ve had other cleaners come in before, but Sparkling Carpets were the only ones able to fully deep clean the carpet and get rid of the smell.

3. Lastly, Rual gave amazing advice on how to clean and dry our couch in the future, as well as the best materials to look for when we decide to purchase a new couch.

After researching a number of carpet cleaners I booked Sparkling Carpets to clean my 900 sq ft office space.

They agreed to match the lowest rated I’d been quoted and they did a great jobs—all of the coffee stains and water damage that had been there when I moved out are gone.

Would happily hire them again in another space.

Sparkling Carpets cleaned three sofas and two rigs for us. We have a dog that is allowed on the sofas so the sofas needed a deep clean. The technician did an excellent and thorough job. He was also on time and a clear communicator. We will use this service again in the future.

Great cleaning service! Everything was well coordinated by email, including the reschedule that I needed. The person who was responsible for the cleaning arrived on time and completed the work in under an hour (which I consider quickly). Great experience. The carpet in this stairwell was embarrassingly dirty and stained—going over it several times, Sparkling Carpets restored it! It looks like it when it was first installed!
