Omar and Marcelino showed up today and performed a miracle on my carpet, an oriental rug and my bathroom tile floor. These guys were on time and professional and super friendly. I highly recommend them!

I live in an area where finding parking spaces is always difficult. The guys arrived 10 minutes early; the scheduled time was 1:00 and my doorbell rang at 12:50. I love that!! The guys were professional and respectful of my patio and patio furniture; quietly took care of business and left after cleaning up.

I highly recommend Stanley Steemer; especially Juan and Roberto.

Marcelino was kind, punctual and polite. Since I didn’t have enough space for the carpets to dry, they picked up 7 area rugs to be cleaned and protected. I’ll get them back in a little over a week.

Kyle Jensen arrived right on time - we didn’t wait at all.
He did the absolutely best job we have ever had on our carpet!
There were stains from years ago that previous cleanings had not removed and they are gone! All gone!
We will request Kyle for all future cleaning projects - we’ll wait until he’s available.

Marcelino was so wonderful, he did an excellent job and was so nice! My hardwood floors look amazing and I was shocked at how dirty they were. My apartment feels so clean now. I’m having them back to steam clean my area rugs next.

The cleaning technicians, Juan and Walter, arrived promptly at the scheduled time, visually assessed the room and confirmed the work order with agreed upon price. Once confirmed, they brought in their equipment and worked diligently. They were considerate(wore shoes covers) and kept everything tidy and clean. I am happy to recommend these guys for carpet cleaning.

I was very impressed with the detail and throwing us of Juan‘s and Roberto‘s work in my house. They were Very courteous and did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.

Juan and Roberto did an excellent job of cleaning my clothes dryer vent and ductwork. They showed me photos of the lint buildup in the ducts. It was shocking! Now everything looks like new. I feel better knowing that my dryer can work effectively and the fire hazard is gone.

We got our new carpet 2 years ago and with tons if foot traffic it looked horrible. Kids had dropped juice, there were dark spots from not removing shoes. I had enough. I went online last week and easily schedule a cleaning. After I got the confirmation text I realized I selected the wrong date. I text and quickly received a response and change to my schedule. Today when the technician arrived he was patient as I moved a few things. He explained everything then went to work. I wasn't expecting new looking carpet! The stains were gone and I couldn't be happier with the customer service to the final work. Thanks Marcelino and Stanley Steemer!

Marcelino did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in my son’s room. The carpet was pretty soiled and had a smell. After Marcelino cleaned the carpet, the smell disappeared and the carpet looks like new. He was very efficient and very thorough with his work. Thank you so much!

Marcelino and Walter from the SF location were incredible! My second year in a row utilizing them to deep clean the carpeting at my event venue. They are incredibly personable, take great pride in their work, and left our carpeting looking and smelling unrecognizable. 10/10 would recommend. I have used other service providers before and the lifespan of the cleaning isn’t even half of what it is for Stanley Steemer.

I scheduled Stanley Steemer because they are well known for professional carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning services. My air duct system is massive! Kyle and Roberto spent 3 hours (excluding prep) to restore my HVAC 8 air duct system to their particle and air pollutant free state. I can literally smell the difference. The also spent an additional 30 minutes cleaning and deodorizing carpeting. Post cleanup, Stanley Steemer provides a digital receipt and before and after photos. I highly recommend their services.

I contacted this company a few months ago to have the carpets in my home cleaned. The carpets were made of a delicate material that required extra care. Communication was excellent, and they arrived on time and finished the cleaning quickly. I am grateful and highly recommend their services. We loved today’s service! Roberto was able to get stains out of our upstairs carpet that have been there since we bought our home over five years ago, I had convinced myself that they were permanently baked in by this point. Highly recommend!

This company’s San Francisco team did a great job on the carpeting cleanup but they damaged our wall by pulling out the door holder that held the front door open all day while they were here. We called the next morning and the company promised to send someone over to look at the damage. Instead we got a phone call stating that the team was questioned about it, and they denied responsibility. No way! This is baloney! Don’t trust this company with your home. They won’t own up to their mistakes.
