I’ve used Fast Response for jobs big and small for years and they’ve always been prompt, professional and courteous This time they relocated a gas line hookup for a new range installation, and although it turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated, they honored their original quote. the check I mailed them got lost, and they were very patient in working with me to figure out what went wrong. Much appreciated.

Replaced a sewer Lateral. Interviewed 3 companies and Fast response spent the most time with me -- explained everything. They also had the best price of three companies interviewed. The crew that did the actual work were very nice as well.

Fast Response Plumbing & Rooter has been and continues to be my first contact when I need any plumbing repairs. I can rely on them to do efficient and excellent repairs with reasonable prices. Since I've now had my condominium for around 40 years, various plumbing related items are now needing to be repaired or replaced. I trust Billy, of Fast Response, to give me honest recommendations of the type of work needed especially to get my condo into the 21st century! Not only is Billy an outstanding plumber but he has good taste with his recommendations.

I had a sewer drain pipe clog that has been a chronic issue. Roots have gotten into the pipe (old house in the Sunset neighborhood) over the years. Yefrin showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, and helped temporarily resolve the issue with hydro-jetting. I write "temporarily" as the sewer drain pipe will need to be removed and replaced in the near future since the roots will continue to clog the pipe if it is not replaced.

Yefrin was courteous and professional. I have no plumbing training, but I opine that Yefrin is highly competent.

Fast Response came out quickly and knowledgably addressed the issue with the most economical solution to start. They also offered next steps if the issue was not thoroughly resolved. Appreciated the skill, efficiency, and demeanor. Will call again!

I found Fast Response on Yelp. I was able to reach out and talk to someone quickly, make an appointment for the following morning and received fast, friendly and efficient service for my toilet that was acting finicky. Would definitely use their services again in the future.

These guys did great work for us over the years. I never thought I would have to look for another plumbing company again. But when you come to them with a difficult job that they don't want to do, you will not hear from them. Technician came out in May to assess the issue and we have reached out many times to follow up. Even reached out to the owner Joe with no response. Beyond disappointing.

I asked for a like-for-like replacement of my garbage disposal. The plumber got a slightly different model, which was larger than the one I had, and which prevented my drawer from closing. We had to call him back to shave down part of the drawer. To be fair, the model we had is no longer made, and he got the newer version; but he could have told us that, and tested the fit.

I called the morning of my plumbing problem. I was given a 1-3pm window. Good communication throughout morning with text updates. Happily, the plumber arrived at 1pm. Fixed my problem in 15 minutes. Very pleasant gentleman. Very satisfied with service. I won't call anyone else. We've had them for years.

They came on a Sunday to install a new 75 gallon water heater that had gone out late Saturday. It was important as I had a family of 4 arriving that day. They were neat and and did a great job installing it. Also, they explained everything when they left.Thanks for a job well done.

They came and fixed clogged drain in 10 mins after another company couldn't fix it in 2 hrs and recommended a 2k fix instead. I was very happy with the work!

The drain in my garage backed up on a Saturday evening and I worried that I'd be out of luck until Monday. Fast Response Plumbing sent David out at 7:30pm and he quickly had the drain cleared. And he spent time showing me photos of what as going on in my sewer line! I am so pleased and grateful for his service.

The old garbage disposal in our condo was leaking and Fast Response Plumbing was recommended by our on-site manager. Called in late afternoon and got an appointment setup next day. CJ came in person for the estimation and later get the new one installed. He tested it after installation. Later he cleaned the space and took the old one and all others garbage away. The price is fair and reasonable. Recommended!

Fair and competitive prices. Joe and his team kept on track with their proposed timeline and were efficient and competent with replacing the main sewer line from opening the ground to installing and closing it back up. I’ve had smaller jobs done in the same competent and efficient manner. Highly recommend this local small business!
