Fast Response did a great job on our sewage pipe replacement. Their expertise made a big job seemed easy and hassle free, everything went smoothly and timely. Jarvin and Kevin were very thorough and patient when detailing the work and answering our questions from the beginning. The job was completed exactly as stated.

Fast response did a great and thorough job on our sewer replacement. Esvin came out and gave us a quote which we accepted. We checked a number of plumbers and some are very shady in their explanations of the sewer job. Fast response was the lowest and most straightforward. Two workers came out and did a great job excavating the area and completed the job in 3 days. Highly recommend them for the sewer work. Would love to see how they do drain clogs.

Boris fixed a leaking shower in the bathroom. He returned my call promptly, showed up on time and provided professional neat service with very reasonable price. I would recommend him.

We had a problem with a pipe in a shower leading to a leak in a different part of the building. Boris came out the next day, had the problem diagnosed and fixed in a couple of hours. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and broke down the costs at every step.

Awesome service, came in to replace the water valve that was leaking. I don't want to mess around with do-it-yourself plumbing. Came in an hour after my call, and replaced everything. ALSO, a few months ago, the same service was used for shower valve that broke off with age. The special part was ordered and installed in less than an hour. I highly recommend their professional service!

Great price. Boris installed two Toto Drake toilets that I purchased thru him. Installation, toilets, two seats, and disposal cost $1401 and change. Quick and clean. He is licence, and has 25 years of experience.
One company wanted $1899 for the installation of just one toilet. Almost laughed in his face.

Boris replaced my kitchen faucet in San Mateo. He returned my call promptly and provided professional service with good value. I have a large kitchen sink with a garbage disposal and it required extra effort to get into a small place to replace the faucet. I highly recommend Boris.

He spent an about an hour to clear the toilet draining issue but then it got clogged within 8 days again. I called to tell him about the issue and he told me his guarantee for my original job was only good for a week. I was charged $300 for the first job and now he wants to charge me the same price again but recommended that he should snake it through with the toilet removed, but that will cost at least $500 min. It's real dishonest of him to do the first job then tell me his guarantee is only good for a week after the job is over. Use someone else.

I have been using Bay Area Plumbing since I bought my first house in 2000. Boris comes on time and fixes the problem and looks out for longer term issues. Be it hot water heaters, clogged drains, faucets changes, fixing the leaks under the kitchen sink or the myriad of other plumbing issues one could have. I now use him for my rental properties, too. First class, master level repairs at fair price.

New Year’s Eve 2022 and we have a flood in our house. The patio drain was clogged and the rain water started to come towards our house. The Bay Area plumber came to the rescue within an hour and helped us right away! The only plumber that responded to my call right away!
