My experience with Lutz Plumbing was superb! I would definitely utilize their services for future projects. Phil was first to respond to my online inquiry and we quickly corresponded via email regarding my needs. He made recommendations based off our discussion and was able to provide swift estimates on both hardware and labor. We scheduled services within the same week, and Isaac, who came onsite, was very professional in his engagement, and also took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the results.

I had two Toto bidet toilets installed, and what started as a simple job quickly uncovered some unexpected complications. Phil tackled every challenge with a calm, solutions oriented mindset. He stayed in close communication throughout the process, even when he wasn’t on-site, which gave me confidence that things were being handled with care.

What truly stood out was his dedication to doing the job right, not just quickly. He took the time to assess each issue thoroughly, explain the options, and make sure everything was completed to the highest standard. That level of professionalism and accountability is incredibly rare, and I deeply appreciated it. This was hands-down one of the best service experiences I’ve had with any contractor.

Had a great experience of my bath repair with Lutz. Our existing Kohler product started leaking and required replacement. Isaac came in to help us out and made several trips as the diagnostics revealed more replacements than we planned for originally.

Great experience during the installation of our Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor system. Phil and his team are prompt, responsive, trustworthy, efficient and a pleasure to work with. The quality of the work is top-notch, and the whole process from scheduling to coordinating ahead of service was flawless. We will use Lutz for all of our plumbing needs from here on.

Lutz Plumbing has consistently over the years provided great service, equipment and responsiveness when it comes to our steam generator. They will try to solve problems remotely over the phone or email instead of an initial service call, saving lots of time and expense.

Wow! Lutz plumbing was assigned to me for a Kohler warranty job after the first plumbers had no clue what they were doing with my jetted tub. I am so incredibly glad we got to work with them. Edwin is friendly, professional, and a really good plumber. He protected my floors and cleaned up the space after fixing the issue which is a huge A+ in my book. Phil, the supervisor, is great with communication and really supports his team. I look forward to working with them again.

Trustworthy! Phil at Lutz Plumbing really helped me out returning my call and walking me through a couple issues I could be having with my Thermasol shower. I was able to fix it on my own but next time I have a repair needed I will definitely be calling Lutz!

Edwin and Julian just came to fix my Kohler toilet. They were incredibly professional and patient with all my questions. They were very knowledgeable about the Kohler product and even gave me cleaning and maintenance tips. They did not rush through the repair. They tested the unit several times to ensure it was working properly. These guys were awesome. 5 stars.

We had an excellent experience with our plumber Isaac, installing a new bidet seat in our bathroom. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The installation was quick, clean, and done perfectly. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly and even explained how to use and maintain it.
It’s such a small upgrade but it made a huge difference, and we really appreciated how smooth and stress-free the whole process was. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and respectful of your home, I highly recommend him. We will definitely call him again for future plumbing work!

I began looking for new ToTo bidet toilets to replace the standard toilets at my condo. Lisanne helped me decide and sent specs and made sure that the toilets I chose would fit. She definitely went above and beyond answering my questions and changing gears quickly when I would change my mind. She sent over a technician, Julian, to take measurements to make sure that toilet I wanted would fit. It would not. So, Julian measured, took photos, and videos and called different people to ask questions and to be sure that I purchased the correct toilet. When the day came for install, Isaac arrived solo, as Julian was on another job, but was coming soon. Julian's job took longer than expected, so Isaac was on his own for a good part of the day. Installing a one piece toilet is not easy for one person. This I know, because I have had a few remodels and am very familiar with the difference between a one piece and two piece toilet. No complaining, Isaac prepped both bathrooms and installed one, by himself. Julian finally finished his first job and immediately headed over to help. It was a big job, but they didn't rush to finish. The stayed past 5pm to clean up and make sure that the silicone seal was clean and neat. That was very much appreciated. Their work ethic was so refreshing to see, and I told Phil that he was lucky to have them on his team.

After my clogged and backups, Hydro is able to come out and inspect my Sewer and recommend a replacement. They were fast, and reliable. We were able to get my operation back up and running!
