Their fast response plumber completed a system flush, heating repairs, a new boiler installation. A man of great professionalism and friendliness.

Don't bother. They gave me an initial estimate for service/repairs, but then never returned my repeated calls or emails to come and do the work. This is extremely unprofessional. Ended up going with another technician.

Tori is owner and technician, can be rude, reluctant to wear mask in our home. Only here less than 10 minutes. Could have fixed issue the first time, but did not. Cost home warrenty company $125.00 to replace a handle.

Great experience with Frankie's team. Worked quickly, found the (hidden) leak and replaced the damaged piping quickly. Had to work in some tight spaces and did a great job. Highly recommended.

They are lying, irresponsible, law breakers. They make up excuses citing fictional city ordinances, when they are called out on their lies, they will say something like the city authorized them for "xyz". They will park illegally, putting the general public at risk, causing obstructions, and refuse to do the proper legal thing. Once again citing they are authorized by the city for whatever illegal act they are doing.

I would love to give this business a 5 star rating...on their first visit they unclogged 2 toilets, two showers, 1 sink and the price was great....Called them for another job and was over charged for the time recorded. The error was promptly rectified. Called them again for another job but 2 days later the work began to leak....I was forced to call a different plumber to solve that issue.....I wasn't upset about this and I've been waiting for the invoice, and have tried to reach out for another job on behalf of my elderly neighbor who needs plumbing work but have gotten a cold shoulder from north south....this is really confusing...so I'm left thinking that they have internal communication problems. This is disappointing and frustrating because they are good plumbers.....

Frank's plumbers did a few small jobs at my home in SF. They left after 2.5 hours and told us everything was fixed. One of the four issues was not fixed at all--it was in fact worse than when they arrived. I called to have them come back and remedy the situation, which was easily done (it took 15 minutes) and they wanted to bill me an additional service hour. I paid these people $660 for 2.5 hours work, part of which was entirely faulty, and they then wanted to paid more for fixing their shoddy work. Frank called me and argued with me for about 20 minutes, all the while trying to gaslight me into believing the work was *totally fine* when they left--somehow it magically became broken again immediately after the plumbers left. He also insisted I wasn't there (I was there the whole time) and so couldn't know what happened, and that the issue (which remember, didn't exist) was due to faulty equipment (which, somehow, works just fine after having been serviced properly the second time).

Then, 2 weeks after they "fixed" the leak behind our shower, there is water damage in the floor behind that shower. Turns out they didn't fix that, either. Hiring these people is going to cost me thousands to remedy the things they said they did, but didn't do.

Listen to your customers, Frank, instead of making things up to explain away poor service.

Precision Plumbing Services Fort Collins cleared a stubborn kitchen drain. The technician took time to explain the cleaning method used. No harsh smells or mess left behind. Water drains fast now.

Super grateful to have found ROS. We had water mysteriously leaking from our ceiling. I had 4 other plumbers out, all of whom advised to tear up the floorboards.

Niall had way less destructive approach and identified the true area of the leak. Lucky we didn't go with the other plumbers as we would have ripped up the wrong part of the house!!

He works with an in-house demo/construction team so made the project seamless from start to finish. The team removed and re-tiled our laundry room. They were great about protecting the space, cleaning up, and the finished floors look awesome.

I highly recommend Ros Plumbing. Niall and a member of his team, Fernando, came out to diagnose the cause of a leak, which left me without water for three days. They corrected the problem (replacing an aged pump) the next day. Additionally, they corrected an old issue which resulted in no heat, and installed a new thermostat and garbage disposal unit both of which were no longer functioning. All within five hours! Not only are they talented and efficient and reasonably priced but they are also personable -when everything is going wrong, a nice demeanor goes a long way! Thanks Niall and Fernando!

Best plummer I have ever worked with, hands down. Our hot water heater needed to reboot at 9:00 pm at night and he FaceTimed me that night to show me how to fix it. If you ever have any issues, look no further.
