I had a problem with a backed up main drain to my building. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of San Francisco, and they responded very quickly. The on the phone and techs working on the job were very professional and did the job so now my floor is dry and no more problems. The owner was really a nice guy and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend these guys.

This company arrives on time, always professional, available in emergency and provide *free estimates* upfront after a full diagnosis of the issues. We have been using this company for multiple projects and properties--always the best service (extremely competitive prices) and never the need to call them back for a recurring issue or errors. If you have an older home or newer properties-Mr. Rooters technicians are highly trained with plenty of experience and respect for your home. We have recommended this company to many of our neighbors and family.

The plumber was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job! He thoroughly inspected the problem, returned the next day with replacement parts, as promised and completed the work within the time estimate. He explained everything in a clear and concise manner and answered all my questions. He even called back a couple of days later to explain something I asked the dispatcher about. Everyone I talked to at Mr. Rooter did a great job and I will definitely use you again and recommend you to anyone who asks for a referral. Thank you so much!

On a Friday afternoon, Mr. Rooter's technician saved us from a weekend of water leaking behind our bathroom wall. He was professional, thorough, personable, patient, and a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely call them for our next plumbing issue (which, we hope will never happen, but know will).

Had a nice experience with Tohi from Mr. Rooter plumbing. Very professional and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. I had a clogged sink for a few weeks tried several different ways of resolving it on my own (baking soda and vinegar, green gobbler). It finally stopped draining completely so I called Mr. Rooter. Somehow, the morning of my appointment, it was draining again. Tohi arrived and did a test to see if it was working properly, and let me know it was. Appreciate the honest assessment and professionalism!

I contacted Mr Rooter on Tuesday via a phone call. I was scheduled to have a service call the very next morning. The service man arrived on time and was very professional. He greeted me and asked me what was the nature of my call. I informed him that I had a drain blockage in my kitchen sink. We proceeded into the kitchen to verify the problem. He inquired if there was a problem with the drainage in any other locations in the house.
He inquired if there was leaking under the sink, then step by step worked his way until the problem was resolved. I am very pleased with the service I received and the cost. He even suggested things to do to help prevent future blockage. Job well done 👍🏾

It was my first time using Mr. Rooter and the technician sent to do the work was on time, personable, professional and explained clearly what to expect regarding the scope of work and cost. We had a main drainpipe clog with backed up sewage in the basement of our apartment building. He took less than 30 minutes to get the job done, showed me proof of it flowing clear afterward and explained the warranty that comes with the job. Very good company that I would recommend and use again.

I work in property management and have called upon Mr. Rooter for help on a number of different problems. Of all the rooter and plumbing companies I've worked with over the years, Mr. Rooter has been the best. First and foremost, their communication has always been perfect - they always call me in advance if they're running late or some other issue came up. All of their technicians I've worked with have been experienced and professional. Most importantly, they show up when they say they will.

I discovered them after waiting for days to get another rooter company out to unclog a drain that was inexplicably back-flowing out a laundry standpipe and was flooding the ground level of one of our properties. Thankfully, by that point we had a temporary fix with a hose connected to a no-hub with a spigot to direct the water to a working drain outside so the flooding was under control but not fixed. The previous company I worked with told me they'd be there "that afternoon" for 3 days in a row and when they finally actually did show up, they charged me a lot of money and ultimately didn't fix the problem. I subsequently called Mr. Rooter and they were on site within a few hours. They performed a video inspection, jetted the drain out, and even helped to diagnose where the problem was and how we could implement a long term fix so I could direct my maintenance crew how to fix it later. I haven't had a problem with that drain since then and have called Mr. Rooter multiple times following that to help with other problems. 100%, would recommend.

I called Mr. Rooter on a Thursday morning because my water heater was leaking. I spent a few minutes on the phone with a dispatcher who promised me an estimate appointment the next day. I was disappointed but accepted because the dispatcher said they were very busy.

About half an hour later, I got a call from Stan (President of the company) who said he saw the call log, noticed I had spoken with them for about 8 minutes. He listened to the call and was surprised that no one would be able to assess the problem that day. He offered to meet me that afternoon at my home and do a preliminary assessment.

Stan met me at my hose, explained my options and after a few calls, gave me an estimate on the spot. I accepted and 24 hours later, I had new hot water heater.

I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the entire experience. Courteous, professional and they even cleaned up the original mess the old heater made.

I give them the highest rating because they represent the best of what customer service should be.

They showed up on time and took care of everything in timely manner. In addition, they took great care with protective equipment for the interior space of the home. We will definitely use their service for any future needs.

It was extremely easy to get in touch with the answering service--a real, live human being! -- at Mr. Rooter. The efficient administrator even answered the phone on a Sunday! Service was prompt, efficient and polite. The technician explained options we could consider in solving the problem, and made our job much easier by going out to purchase the kind of new faucet we had chosen. The job turned out to be more demanding than we had expected, so the technician had to make two visits. On both occasions, he accomplished the work in the estimated time, and at the stated price. We were altogether satisfied with this company and recommend it highly.

Pablo did a great job snaking our sink in our apartment kitchen. He made it to our apartment in less than 20 minutes after hours, and provided excellent service.

I recently had a plumbing emergency, and I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of San Francisco for help. They promptly sent a plumber to fix a burst pipe in my basement. The plumber arrived within 30 minutes and quickly identified and repaired the issue. The quality of their work was exceptional; the pipe was as good as new. Despite the emergency call, their pricing was very reasonable, and I couldn't be happier with the value I received. I highly recommend their plumbing services.

I needed some work done in 2 bathrooms. I was sent 2 techs, Billy and Alex. They were super friendly and clean. They took the time to explain what they were doing and even cleaned up at the end. 10 out of 10!

I used them for a clogged drain at my store and they were quick to respond, able to come the same day, and resolved the issue quickly. They also have a 30 day guarantee on their work! Very professional!
