Jay at Hydro Plumbing unplugged the blocked pipe and replaced the p trap in our condo after business hours. He is kind, trustworthy, hard working, knowledgeable and pleasant. Jay and Hydro Plumbing are our heroes. I highly recommend them.

Look no further for your plumbing needs. Jay is the Man! Jay is a superb plumber and his workmanship is a reflection of his dedication and love of his craft. We are sisters and home owners in San Francisco. Our home was built in the late 1800’s and is located near the old Cliff House in SF. As an older home, repairs come with their own set of challenges. Jay has proven there is no plumbing challenge he cannot meet. Jay has been our plumber for over a decade. He has done everything from replacing our 100 plus year old sewer line to saving us several thousand dollars by diagnosing a gas issue that PG&E couldn’t even figure out. Jay has been our plumbing lifeline and has responded to us and treated us as if we were his only customers. If you are a smart person and value your time and sanity, do what we do and just call Jay.

I’ve had multiple really great experiences here. The team is highly responsive (emails/texts/calls), super friendly, they make time for you very quickly and they even try to get parts and batteries etc quickly when needed. I would highly recommend hiring them for your next job!

Jay from Hydro Plumbing and Rooter was wonderful! It was 10:30pm and my faucet in the bathroom sink decided to stop working with the hot water blasting at full speed, the hot water valve under the sink stuck, and the main water valve lever missing. He arrived in 30 minutes, was genuinely friendly and kind, and clearly explained all the issues. After stopping the spouting water, Jay carefully double-checked everything, and caught a flaw that would otherwise have been missed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and obviously cared to do the best job. I would highly recommend!

José was amazing! I found out my OTHER previous plumbers pretty much ripped me off for $$$$. Jose not only cleared out the drain on the sewer line but cleared out the clog from the other side clean out that has been clogged since Sept 2025. To Jose and the folks at Hydro!! Thank YOU! Hydro Plumbing was amazing and a life saver. We had clogged pipes and flooding during heavy rain -- on Christmas Day, to top it off. They scheduled an appointment right away and did a fantastic job snaking, hydro jetting, and inspecting our pipes to ensure they were clear and functioning.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Hydro Plumbing & Rooter really earned this one. I had a backed-up drain that two other plumbers couldn’t fix. A friend recommended Hydro Plumbing, and I’m so glad I called them.

From the first call, they were professional and easy to deal with. The dispatcher gave me a same-day appointment, and the tech showed up right on time. He explained everything before starting, used a hydro-jet to clean out the line, and even showed me a video of the inside of the pipe when he was done. The water was flowing perfectly again.

What really stood out to me was how respectful and clean they were. No mess, no guessing, no surprises when it came time to pay. The price was fair, and they actually cared about doing the job right.

Hydro Plumbing was very thorough and knowledgable. They have all the equipment needed to solve any problem you might have. The hydrojet was not unavailable at 4:30, They returned at 7pm to finish my job, and got our plumbing functional.
