The man was soo rude and unprofessional. I wanted to pay with credit card and he told me that his company does not accept credit cards cuz it cost him 10% and that they are fraudulent. He wanted me to only pay cash or by check. I am currently working with BBB so they can assist in getting him paid (my bill was $130.00).
He said he was going to band me from my insurance company. The moment he walked into my house he was very negative told me how horrible my pipes were and that whoever remodeled my house did not know what he was doing. He went on and on how bad my pipes were. (that's why he was at my house HELLO).
I was actually scared on how he came at me (hubby was not home)when i told him that I did not want to pay him with a check I felt scared. It's too late for me but I am going to see that he does not ever treat another customer like he did me.
DO NOT USE this company.

Had this service assigned through my home warranty for sewer stoppage.
The plumber came in with broken equipment (the snake cable had broken ending) and thus could not clean the clog, though tried to do it for the hour+.
As a matter of fact, the other company was able to company was able to fix the problem under 30 min. Cost me extra $250.

This company always shows up when they say they will. I have always been happy with their work and have found all employees to be highly professional and pleasant with excellent interpersonal skills. They are my go-to plumbing business.

The large and the small jobs we had Mr. Rooter Plumbing work on were both met to our highest expectations. Their crews and ownership make me pleased to rely on in these unpleasant situations. HIGHLY recommend!

I don't write too many reviews, but felt it absolutely necessary to point out how good of a job Leki Taumalolo did when my drain was clogged!! His professionalism, honesty, and skill (did it in under 30 minutes) were top notch. I called on a Saturday for emergency shower repair. The tech told me they could be out the next day, which was fine. Called me early AM the next day asking if it was ok for an earlier appointment. I said yes and within 30 minutes Leki shows up. He was polite, professional, took off his shoes, and explained that the grout was what was clogging the drain, so no amount of draino or vinegar mix would clear it. He briefly checked if there was a solution on his ipad then quoted me $275. 30 minutes later he showed me the drain....completely unclogged of rock hard grout! At this point I would have been happy paying for the agreed upon upfront price, but because he finished so quickly he gave me a discount....without me even asking. What other plumbers do you know of that would do that? Will 100% be calling them in the future for any plumbing concerns!

Pablo did a great job clearing out a blocked pipe in my apartment kitchen. He was also very helpful in explaining the situation afterwards, and I especially appreciated that he cleaned up the area when he was done.

They seemed so friendly on the phone. To bad they don't show up or follow through at all. Had an 8am appointment and was told I'd receive a call when they were "in route." So when i hadn't heard anything at 8:30am, I called to check in and see what was going on. I was told the dispatcher would find out and call me right back. She never did, so I finally just cancelled the appointment at 9am. No plumber, no word, no call back, nothing. Why do companies feel they can treat customers so poorly? I just don't understand it. I understand being late, but not to let the customer know what's going on or return a call as promised? Just not acceptable. Economy Plumbing (of San Francisco) said they'd send someone out within the hour - not make an appointment that they won't keep. Fingers crossed, but so far they are better than Mr. Rooter.

I had a leak in my sink and called Mr Rooter. Paul came over and realized the problem was a simple leaky gasket on my air gap. He sealed it and fixed the problem. Said it was so easy he didn’t even want to charge me for it. Such honesty!!!!!

Anyways that was 5 years ago and now after some work was around my sink, it’s leaking again. You know who I’m calling, these guys are honest and great.

I reached out to Mr. Rooter Plumbing to install a small water heater under the sink of my artist studio. I was able to schedule a consult with a plumber the same day. Mr. Jim Murray was very patient and courteous with me even when I changed up the model type of water heater from four gallon to tankless. He was able to install the heater in about a hour. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for fast and professional service.

Mr Rooter was very easy to work with. Especially Denver there technician was very professional and communication was excellent throughout the process. Denver treated my house as if it was his own. Thank you again and highly recommend Denver and Mr Rooter.

Knowledgeable, competent, friendly, responsive. Highly recommend! We’ve used Mr Rooter for years. They’ve handed some complex issues in our house. What I like is that they take a methodical approach to diagnosing plumbing problems so that the fix is commensurate with the problem. They always try to find the least invasive and least expensive approach, but can handle big jobs as well. They are also great about explaining what is causing the problem. All the staff are friendly and customer oriented. I had a few scheduling snafus and the team was quite flexible about this. Plumbing is a key system, so it’s a relief that I can rely on Mr Rooter.

We had a clogged toilet that all the plunging in the world wouldn’t fix it. We called Mr. Rooter and they came within 3 hours very timely and professional. We had Enrique C help us, and he was transparent with pricing and options and got our toilet working in no time. He even told us the root of what might causing all our clogs in the first place! So thankful for a quality business to call when we need.

Rooter Plumbing- Great service and prompt timing. I had a very minor problem with my toilet, but they were here within a half an hour and finished in fifteen minutes. Took care of the problem quickly, and even gave tips/information on avoid those issues for the future. Five stars for customer service alone!

Denver was the plumber who came to our house. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

I called the number on the website and immediately got a friendly person, Jen, who understood my problem and made an appointment. Lucky arrived on time and gave me a fair quote. The pipe was replaced and working in less than 30 minutes. No more leak! I highly recommend Mr Rooter of SF.

I had an excellent experience with Mr Rooter. Enrique, my plumber, arrived within the service window and was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified and showed me the source of the problem and then efficiently corrected the water heating issue.
