Jay did several jobs for me. I like that he thinks before starting the project, and after the job is done he leaves the project site clean. I usually tell him what I want and he explains all my options to me. Then we proceed. He is on the expensive side, but I feel that the quality of his work is worth it. I will not trust anyone else to work on my Grohe faucets.

We had a major sewer line backup and called Hydro Plumbing & Rooter. They came out right away, used a camera to find the problem, and explained everything clearly. The crew worked hard, replaced the damaged section of pipe, and had everything running smoothly again the same day. Super professional and reliable . I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

We had a leaking water heater tank in our garage and it was a weekend, so the plumbing company we have previously used could not send a technician and it was an emergency. Good thing we found Hydro Plumbing and Rooter. They were able to send a technician, diagnose the problem and it was confirmed that the leak was coming from the water heater tank. Jay basically saved me, woke up at 5am to a nightmare scenario of water pouring in through the light fixtures in my ceiling. He was able to make it out faster than anyone and go above and beyond, literally up a two story house roof, then down another light well with an additional ladder to diagnose and solve the drain problem on the roof. We were dealing with a challenging leak in a second floor bathtub that was leaking through the floor to the first floor. Hydro came right out, the day after Christmas and from a hole in the ceiling of the first floor, installed an entire new brass overflow assembly. They were friendly and efficient and helped us solve a huge problem. We were so grateful for their help, and will definitely call them for support again if required. Highly recommend.
