We had a broken water main at 6 PM on a Saturday night. I found Fast Response on Yelp & called even though they were technically closed. A man picked up, calmly heard my desperate situation (a geyser in the garage,) and called his guy in the field to see if he could come. David arrived within a half hour, and fixed the pipe. The guys were great. There were no shenanigans, no exploitation of our misfortune, just nice people jumping in to fix the problem.

The Fast Response Plumbing is a real fast response company. Bill from Fast Response provides quick and quality service.

David I. from Fast Response Plumbing was super helpful, courteous, and smart. He helped us to problem-solve a leak in our 1895 Victorian home which we could not figure out. I recommend David and Fast Response to other San Francisco residents and I look forward to working with them again.

They showed up quickly within several hours (Outer Sunset), sent two friendly workers who effectively resolved our leaking shower. Would recommend!

David has come to my property a few times. When he fixed my water heater he diagnosed it quickly and was able to use the warranty to cover repair costs. When I had a bad plumbing clog, he brought the big tools and got the job done asap. He’s very chill and professional. The office is also responsive and gets techs to the house quickly.

Wow I am so happy we called you to fix our studio’s toilet! It gets used a lot and we only have one restroom so this was crucial for our operations. Dave was right on time. And fixed our toilet (replaced a part) in less than 10 minutes ($250)! Thank you Fast Response!!!!

I had a corroded pipe under the kitchen sink resulting in major water leakage: sink was unusable. After being stood-up by another local plumber, I called Fast Response at 2:45 pm on a Friday. By 5pm, my pipes were replaced and the sink in working order. Rafael was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. The price was reasonable and my problem solved.

These guys were indeed very fast (< 2hrs!). Kevin and Jarvin were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and more importantly HONEST. Countless times in my life plumbing-related emergency situations were the perfect trap to get scammed by dishonest plumbers but these guys were transparent, efficient and solved our issue without overcharging us. We'll definitely work again with them in the future.

Really happy to have found these guys, and will definitely use them again (although hopefully not soon). I was really impressed with their expertise, clear communication, transparent pricing, and overall professionalism. Turned a very stressful situation into something that I feel good about at the end of the day.

My heater ignition was not working.
Called at 2pm. Appointment made for same day. Arrived at 3.30pm. Checked the problem, needed a new value (see pic).
Called his supply source, had one in stock, drove and returned back with part to install, completed at 5.30pm. He also checked that the part was still under warranty, so only paid for labor.

Came right away to give me an estimate for a leak in a 3inch drain line. Was a difficult location to repair leak in garage under the kitchen. gave me a fair price. First repair needed a little adjustment because ran out of time at end of day. Returned and made the whole job right. Great attitude and work is now perfect.

I’d give David and Fast Response 10 stars if I could. Joe was great when I spoke to him on the phone — and calm, which is nice when you are having a plumbing emergency! David the plumber is absolutely wonderful. He diagnosed the problem quickly and solved it just about as fast, and taught me a little bit about the plumbing system we inherited when we bought the house. This company is terrific.

Great experience with this establishment! Called in the morning to have my water heater repaired. Edwin showed up in two hours, checked the burner and determined that we need a new burner and immediately called his distributers to check the warranty and used it to get me the part covered under warranty and charge me a fair labor price.
