Great plumber! We had a clog in our sink drain that was pretty far down there -- he went above and beyond, even had to get a special cable to get it unclogged. And gave us a very reasonable price once it was all said and done! Definitely would recommend.

Zayah is a superstar. We had a bathroom faucet replacement that needed to be done in a rather difficult position. He replaced the faucet and drain — and, very thoughtfully, did so in record time so we could get to an important appointment. As we have an older home, I anticipate we will be working with Zayah again soon. It feels good to have the confidence that the work will be well done. And- even better - we now have a great plumber whom we can refer to our friends!

Zayah did a great job replacing an on-demand hot water heater in our apartment. The project had space limitations and a restricted waterline coming in to the apartment but Zayah figured it all out and the result functions well and looks great. He is reliable, courteous, and a great communicator. I highly recommend him.

My shower lost hot water pressure and I was advised that shower cartridge needs to be replaced. I was referred to Expert Plumbing by a friend. Called for a quote and the next day they came in and fixed the shower! The technician was very professional and friendly - he was on time, wore shoe coverings in my home, wiped everything after. Entire process - from getting a quote to repair was quick and easy!

Normally, I don't writhe many reviews, only for my worse experiences - to prevent people from it , and for my best experiences - to recommend it to the rest of the world. I've used EPS services several times, previously, but never was home myself and only heard how good this plumbers are from my family members. This Friday I was home and had to call them once again for the emergency with the flooding in my house. Two guys from EPS showed up in less than 30 min. and that's when the nightmare has ended. Real professionals... They really well trained, experienced and seems to me that they love and enjoy what they do. This explains the name of the company - "Expert Plumbing Solutions". Real experts at what they do, this is the difference to get a real plumber company like Paul, and Leo. Everything was done with professionalism, they were on time, and the prices are super reasonable. Paul replaced a bath drain pipe that was clogging all the time, previously I had people snake it, but after Paul came and replaced it, I never have a single issue. I'm a repeat customer now, I recently had Leo replace a toilet and everything is working beautifully.

Highly recommend expert plumbing solutions for your plumbing work. I have may years experience with them fixing my sewer line which was done mistakenly done by contractor. I had the city water going into apartment during heavy rains for many years. Nobody could fix it but Leonid and his guys fixed it and the problem gone away. This company is extremely responsible for the work they do and have deep understanding on what they are doing. Never overcharge you and if something which you can easily do by yourself they do recommendations first trying to save your money.

I live in a 1925-era upstairs flat where no one envisioned a washer and dryer. Installing hook ups for an electric all-in-one unit wasn't the most straight-forward job.

Leo at Expert Plumbing Solutions patiently walked me through possibilities about where we might put the machine, and--this was important to me--explained WHY he thought one option was better. The work wasn't cheap, but his solution was much less expensive than my original idea.

It was clear he had a thorough understanding of of the job, and in particular, how to make it work in my old San Francisco building. He even gave me tips about how to make the unit he was installing perform better. That experience is worth a lot.

Once we had a solution, the EPS team was fast, efficient and polite carrying it out. They checked in with me whenever they had a question, and they left my space spotless.

I'd definitely recommend them.

Genteel Plumbers were great! After calling multiple plumbers they were the only ones should could provide both a same day appointment on a Saturday and a free estimate. Jeremy and Allen arrived on time and were very polite and extremely helpful. They were even willing to speak with our landlord about the plumbing issues. Once we were able to receive a quote they were even able to fix the issues that night! I would recommend Genteel to someone in need of a plumber!

Daniel was a total pro. Diagnosed the issue quickly, gave me several options, performed the work quickly.

I needed an angle stop replaced on a cold water shut-off valve under the kitchen sink. The guys from Genteel were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. They knew exactly what to do, had all the parts they needed, and completed the job very quickly. They were also on time and the office kept in touch with and the whole experience was pleasant and professional! I will definitely use them for any future repairs!! Highly recommended!! I called Genteel and had a plumber arrive within 2 hours. I originally had called Ace Rooter but they did not have availability until 2 days later.
Sam (who I spoke to on the phone to make an appt) was very helpful and professional while walking me through their pricing, service levels, and procedures. Chris and Marcus arrived and was able to figure out the issue with the pipes under the home. They were both very professional and great to work with. Highly recommend!
