Rocky is great!! Did an amazing job fixing our plumbing. He found a 25 foot snake that another plumbing company had left. He’s also very pleasant to talk to and explains the process very clearly. 10/10 would recommend

Kyle was phenomenal, quick and to the point. They were earlier than other plumbing companies which helped me go to work on time. He had a great attitude and was truly trying to help me as much as he possibly could. He was able to clearly explain to me what he was doing and other issues my very old toilet had with it. He even tried to wipe down the mess, which showed he had integrity in his work. The customer service on the phone was great and was able to respond with feedback helping me gage what I would pay for. Overall this was a great experience helping me get through my day giving me peace of mind that the issue was fixed with reliability and attentive urgency.

We were having issues with water heater pilot light not staying lit. Saw good reviews for Advanced Plumbing and they sent Gabriel to check it out. Gabriel replaced the valve. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He patiently answered all my questions, and made sure all the faucets are working properly after he's done with the work. He was also very friendly. Grateful to Gabriel and Tim from Dispatch.

Steve arrived right on time and was extremely professional. He took the time to clearly explain the issue, walked me through what needed to be done, suggested several alternatives, and answered all of my questions without rushing.

I was kind of dreading calling any plumber but chose Advanced Plumbing and Drain based on their great Google reviews. They were very helpful on the phone, gave me a heads up they could arrive early, which I was really grateful for, taught me some things I didn't realize about plumbing (!) and Alex did an excellent, decently priced, fast job. I'm saving their number now in case I ever need them again.

Finally decided to make the switch to tankless water heater. We have used Advanced in the past on two occasions, a drain cleaning and a toilet replacement. Quality is top tear and guys have been clean and respectful. Beyond happy with the craftsmanship of how this new water heater looks. Neighbor already complemented while garage door was open 👍🏻

I had a fantastic experience with Advanced Plumbing and Drain. My water heater broke at 8a and was draining water everywhere. I stopped it and called Advanced Plumbing and Drain for service. They were at my home by 11:30a. I quickly found out it needed replaced. I expected that because it was old. Dean went and got a replacement heater and had it replaced and ready to go by 2p. In addition, I’m in an old Victorian and my water heater is on the top floor so not easy. No complaints. Dean did need a 2nd person to help carry it, but that person was here quickly. Both extremely friendly. Most important, I didn’t have to go long without hot water. 6 hours from breaking to replacement.

Last week, one of the units in our building had a sewer blockage that required a video camera inspection. We called Advanced Plumbing for help, and the company sent Alex to handle the job.

Alex was incredibly friendly and professional. What impressed us most was his patience and thoroughness — he took the time to explain everything clearly, even though this was our first time dealing with such an issue and we had little experience in this area. On top of that, we were also dealing with a rather difficult situation, and Alex made it so much easier for us.

The following week, we decided to schedule a hydro jetting service to fully resolve the problem. Once again, we requested the same company and were fortunate to have Alex come back. As always, he was professional, meticulous, patient, and kind.

We are truly satisfied with his work and would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Alex once again — we highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services!

We had an emergency water heater issue in the late evening. I called Advanced and spoke to an amazingly sweet and sympathetic woman who put me in touch with Alex Fernandez by FaceTime who helped us shut things down to prevent further flooding. Alex showed up right on time early the next morning (the day before Thanksgiving!) and got straight to work. We had to leave town for the holiday, so he took over on his own and carefully cleaned up and locked the house for us. This company is fantastic and from now on, they are our go-to plumbing company.

Dean is great! When another plumber from a large company, came and left without diagnosing our issue, I had to find another plumber - and in rolls Advanced Plumbing. Dean was able to quickly identify our issue, fixed it quickly, and did a great job. He is now my go-to for all our plumbing issues.

Gabriel and Sean did a fantastic job on our water heater installation. They were friendly and efficient and explained everything thoroughly. We were very pleased with their services and would definitely use them again.

Alex came out and explained everything very well, but we can understand he took his time. He answered all of our questions we will be using the company again but we will be requesting for Alex. He was a very patient for two people who didn't really understand, plumbing plumbing we will be calling next week to have them come out and do more work.

Wow, Alex and Advanced Plumbing truly came through in a clutch for me and my sad little toilet in an older San Francisco building. I have one of those tankless toilets that could barely flush a single piece of one ply TP I was in a tight timeline to get this fixed and another plumber had already tried failed and charged me $900 to the privilege (safe to say do NOT call Magic Plumbing!!)

Alex came out on the very next day diagnose the issue quickly and explained that The toilet and the pipes leading into the wall all needed to be replaced. He handled everything professionally and knew exactly what to do to get HOA approval for a rush water shut off for our old building. A lot of plumbers would not know how to navigate that.

Four hours later, I had a fully functioning toilet again and for less than the other company quoted, I was beyond relieved and so grateful for the quality of work on his communication. I highly recommend

Dean was great. He arrived on time ( in fact, slightly early), was friendly and efficient, and solved the problem within 20 minutes. I really appreciated such a quick turnaround (I only called to make an appointment three hours ago), especially so close to Christmas!

We needed to have our kitchen sink faucet tightened as it was loose, and Dylan from Advanced Plumbing was able to come over just a few hours after I called. He is very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient, and did a great job snd the faucet works great. I highly recommend them!

Outstanding service! A major drain lightwell drain was clogged. Advanced Plumbing & Drain set up an appointment for later the same day, came right on time worked quickly - with consideration for my place - and all is now clear. Totally professional, reliable and very fairly priced.

Dean was awesome! Took care of clogged drain lines and installed a faucet at the kitchen sink. Also helped with adjusting the hot water in our shower stall. Professional, friendly, efficient and hard working! Couldn’t ask for more.

Advanced Plumbing & Drain solved a huge problem when the upstairs residents of a duplex building tried to snake their own shower and got the snake irretrievably stuck deep in the plumbing of the building. Dylan tried valiantly to get it out from the top, but it became clear it was going to require cutting open the ceiling of the bathroom below to cut open the pipe. Dylan gave me a clear estimate and came back to do the job, but then it turned out the snake had gone further down than anyone imagined. Rather than bashing out the wall to keep chasing it, Dylan called in reinforcements and Advanced came through with two more guys. They tried every trick and every tool to save that downstairs bathroom from becoming a mandatory re-tile job. Eventually they succeeded! They saved the day, saved the tile, and did it all with courtesy, friendliness, and a good-spirited teamwork attitude. Through no fault of their own, the scope of the problem and number of plumbers and time required ended up going well beyond the initial estimate, but the additional charge was exceptionally reasonable. I was expecting much worse. It was very clear they really wanted to get the job done well and with the least demolition possible. Their attitude was excellent, their skills and creativity exemplary, and their pricing was more than fair in light of the time and effort required. I can't recommend them highly enough!
