The appointment time was honored by the company, with the employee having arrived on-time as arranged. He kept me up to date with calls on his arrival and with the progress of the job. He was very polite and considerate, which was appreciated. He did what was needed to fix the plumbing issue and because of all the positives with this experience, I will be considering Advanced Plumbing for any plumbing repairs needed in the future.

We had an issue late Sunday afternoon with our kitchen sink. We called their service, and they arrived promptly early Monday morning. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. He explained the problem and showed us how to prevent future issues: avoid putting too much food in the garbage disposal, and run hot water with detergent once a week to help prevent clogs.
I highly recommend this company!

I had a very stressful plumbing emergency and I googled plumbers near me and asked for a plumber 'right now', these guys were the third ones on my list (previous two couldn't dispatch someone at that time) and Jill at the dispatch said she migh have someone in the area and sure enough Alex Fernandez was in the area and arrived on site within 5 minutes which was amazing!
He was very helpful and knowledgeable and dealt with the issue in a professional manner and didn't take him too long! I was very happy to have the whole issue resolved in one hour as it concerned the whole building with multiple units. Thank you!!!

On Xmas day, the hot water faucet handle on my kitchen sink fell off and created a geyser.
I called several plumbing companies who gave high consultation fees. Most weren’t available until the next day.
Fortunately, I found Advanced Plumbing and Drain. Tim answered the phone and scheduled me for the next day between 7-8.
Alex kept me updated as to his arrival time.
I opened the door to a very friendly happy plumber who put us at ease. He was professional and knowledgeable. Alex did a quick fix at a fair price so that we could celebrate Christmas that day.

I love this company! They are responsive, professional, and fairly priced. I’ve enjoyed working with Aaron on multiple projects—he is friendly, reliable, and takes the time to explain what he’s doing. After trying three different plumbing companies in SF that were more focused on selling me things than fixing problems, this was such a refreshing change! I finally have a go-to plumber I can trust!

We had a small gas leak in the line leading to the oven. Marco came out the same day, repaired the issue in less than an hour, and explained exactly why the leak occurred. All for a very fair price. Very professional and helpful!

Marco is a young professional who I found on thumbtack app and it was the very best find I could have made for all my plumbing issues!! He was very quick to respond to our needs right away and was here at our home quickly and did his work professionally and with a great price and had him come back again for other needs as well. I live in a 100-year-old San Francisco building, that was converted to condos in 1985. Naturally, things go wrong all the time, and need to be updated. Marco has been available to us on an emergency basis to locate and repair a major leak inside a wall, and also as scheduled for bathroom remodeling, plumbing installation for an in-unit washer, etc. I highly recommend him , since he has been able to diagnose and fix problems in a building that he didn't know anything about when we first called him. Excellent in every respect.

Marco was awesome. I needed to get a toilet replaced and he was able to accommodate me the next day. He also made it very easy to get a quote for the installation (vs. having another plumber come on site to quote/tell me that I need to install a new toilet).

Also, a piece of the new toilet came broken, but he had a spare part to use, which saved us the burden of returning the whole toilet to the store.

All in all, it took him less than an hour to install the new toilet and haul away the old one. He wore a mask and shoe coverings as a bonus. Will definitely reach out to him for all of my plumbing needs.
