My Kitchen sink would not turn off around 8pm sunday night (outside of office hours for personal building maintenance) & so I requested plumber from 24/7 plumbing ASAP so it wouldn’t be running all night. It took 2 hours for the plumber to arrive. When he got there, he had me sign a waiver that basically promised that he would only get the water to stop running but not actually fix the problem with the sink. I paid $300 for him to turn off the hot water heater which affected the entire building. My building maintenance came the next morning and fixed the sink within 5 minutes. Waste of money, time & water.

Sean came within an hour of my call to 24/7. Assessed the problem and said he would return the following day (a Sunday). He called Sunday morning, was here immediately and quickly replaced the part Job well done. Professional and polite.

Okay was kind of surprised by AI Dane answering the call both times, but was very impressed with how the call was handled. Anyways the human plumber Juan was very quick and professional, and love that we were able to get a time estimate and be able to track his location.

Once he arrived he used his infrared scanner to reveal the damage in the ceilings where the water was leaking. He then quickly checked all the floors and was able to find out that the issue wasn't from pipes but from the top floor leaving their water running.

This was a godsend since we didn't have to pay for anything once we were able to coordinate our building manager with the plumber. Naturally because it was Thanksgiving it took a little less than 30 minutes to reach our building manager, but in the end the job was done and the leaks stopped for everyone affected.

Edwin did a wonderful job for us. We have relied on 24/7 in the past and every time they have been great around assessment and handling everything. They take their time on prep and clean-up. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Mike is the best. He was prompt and knew immediately the problem. 5 Stars. Had everything he needed and we are happy. This is after getting an appointment cancelled at the last minute and pushed to January, so thank you and Mike is very courteous and nice.

Rogelio and his partner came well-prepared to fix the sewer problem. They gave several options, had all the right equipment, and provided knowledgeable service. I was very happy with their work, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

They came on a rainy Sunday. They gave me three options on how to proceed. I chose the most expensive but best option. My drains were completely cleaned out within a few hours. The cost was reasonable and the people were courteous. I’m extremely pleased and will definitely use them again.

They sent out Edwin within an hour and he diagnosed the issue and gave us options for repair or replacement. We chose replacement. Our new water heater was up and running within 3 hours. Edwin explained everything and provided excellent service. He cleaned up everything when he finished the work.

After trying to fix my toilet unsuccessfully, I had to call In the professionals. German and his coworker from R and L plumbing arrived quickly and found out the problem with the leaking toilet right away. They repaired the toilet and left the area very clean. I will definitely use them in the future if needed. Five stars!

I had my tenant call for a repair to our garbage disposal. Repairman came and "fixed" the problem, however, the problem was not fixed correctly. A second repairman came out and fixed it, we hope properly this time. However, we got charged twice for the repair. After contacting the office and being told a manager would call to address the second charge, no call ever came. The second charge is now being disputed with the bank.

***Finally received a call back. Money will be refunded for the second visit. Thank you R&L
