24/7 Rooter does overpriced and shoddy work. I had them fix two leaks in my building, a tub faucet and a toilet. They charged me $1367. They had to come back the next day because the toilet continued to leak. And a week later the tub faucet leak returned. I reached out to them to complain today and got no response. Never again will I use them. Nor should you.

Edwin was great, very professional. He helped me on two separate jobs and was very prompt and nice to work with. Definitely recommend

They were able to come out in a timely fashion and the technician was professional. My only complaint would be that the work took less than 5 minutes to fix and it was $450 for him to snake the drain. I have since bought an electric snake for a fraction of the cost I paid them.

Found my (only) toilet not working at 8pm when I got home from work. My call was answered immediately. It sounded like an AI answering service so sounded sort of creepy. But they were efficient and got a plumber to me that night within an hour and a half. He was friendly, professional, and fast. And though it was a simple part replacement I thought the price was reasonable for a 9:30pm visit (was $369). Would definitely use again in an emergency.

The plumbing expert showed up within an hour after talking to an A I chatbot, and David explained everything that was being done and welcomed me to observe. He did a great job and left everything clean. Very good company.

The technician was prompt, courteous, and friendly but he overcharged me. Total was $975 to clear a downspout. He hauled his equipment up a hill in back of the house which was really challenging. The downspout is about 50ft long. But in the end, all he did was use a bladder on my garden hose and it cleared everything out. The visit should have been about $200. Plus, he broke about 30 inches of my pipe which I had to replace. Next year I will DIY with a bladder from Amazon.

Timely and very professional. Resolved our backup bathtub efficiently and tidied up after his work was complete. Very satisfied and happy.

These guys came out so fast, right when the heavy rains hit and everyone else was booked. They worked into the late night getting things all fixed up. They explained the issues to us so that we understand for the future. Great, great, great.

Mike D. was both amicable and affable as a service repair plumber. He made you feel at ease, was professional and courteous. He should get at least four stars as a technician, if not five.

Why am I giving a lower rating? Because 24/7 uses misleading advertising as well as pricing. I attached their advertisement below. This is a picture from their website which clearly shows a kitchen sink and a $93 price to have drain cleaned. When Mike got here he explained that it was the price for cleaning the drain outside from the street to the house. Clearly the photo as well as the price is misleading. I paid almost four times that amount to have my tub drain cleared. The misleading is not on Mike at all, it's on 24/7. He is just a worker.

24/7- Just be honest about real pricing and not "bait and switch" online to arrival at site. The final cost may have been ball park to what others charge but I was not happy. I first declined the offer and then had Mike come back and explain it to me one more time, slowly, the price difference, or deception, if you will. Don't know if I will use them again, if only because a customer does not want to feel like they have been "taken."

Although quick to service, they are highly overpriced. I could have replaced a leaking garden valve for the $20 part, but I couldn't drive to get it after my back surgery. They charged $425. Their customer support number is AI making it sound like a guy in his truck driving to another job site. I wouldn't do business again and want money back for how much I was charged

I had to call for emergency plumbing because I was unable to turn off the shower water completely. My neighbor did most of the work by removing the lid in an attempt to turn off the valves, but she couldn’t close them completely. The technician was at my house for less than five minutes and charged me $375.

Additionally, I spoke with an AI receptionist who did not pass on any of my messages, including the cancellation for a scheduled repair the next day, which would have cost me another $600. As a result, they showed up at my house the following day because the AI failed to cancel my appointment.

Edwin was super helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem at hand and even went above and beyond to locate a new tank to fix a separate (but related) issue. Was very happy with his servicd

These guys came same day as called for an outdoor drainage back up during the rain on Nee Years Day. They fixed our problem and even snaked an extra drain for us. They cleaned up and were super polite. We will definitely call them for future problems!

Edwin was on time, pleasant and got everything done. Every year in the fall I have 24/7 check our pipes before the winter. We had a flood a few years back after a particularly strong atmospheric river storm. It turned out that several of our pipes were partially clogged. 24/7 did a good job at a reasonable price and I have used them since.
