Marco did a really good job installing the Moen Flo (automatic water shutoff). He is a good communicator and was flexible in supporting my asks. I’d hire him again for work that requires a licensed plumber.

Jonatan was very polite, immediately assessed our issue (galvanic corrosion in pipes buried in a slab), and put together a well-written proposal for bypassing the old pipes. I appreciate that he reached-out to some Supervisors to design a plan NOT involving a full kitchen-remodel!

Super prompt service, I called and a technician was at the door within 25 mins. Eric arrived and he was super thorough and professional, resolved the issue within 15 minutes while also honoring a 25% discount as I was a first-time customer. Would use again! (Although I hope I never have to.)

We had a team of Juan and Eduardo and they were very helpful. They fixed the problem and helped us identify corrosion in other areas so we could proactively fix those before they caused a leak.

Mike was amazing. Came in, took a look at the house and identified a street level back up in just a few minutes. Gave options, had pricing. Fixed the problem in under an hour!

It was a bit expensive though.

We called with an emergency plumbing issue and our plumber Sean showed up within an hour. He was friendly and very efficient. Fixed the problem in minutes.

⚠️ Warning to others – very disappointing and misleading service

When the technician showed up, he didn’t do any real examination — no camera, no diagnostic check — just looked at the sink and said, “It’s gonna be $460 for now, but if it’s deeper than 25 feet, it’ll cost much more — we don’t know yet.”

Their AI phone system did say the evaluation itself costs money, but there was no actual evaluation done at all.

On top of that, their website advertises a “$93 or free” guarantee, which is false advertising. The technician claimed that $93 is for some unrelated outdoor work even though the website said drain clearing and the image of the offer clearly shows a sink drain

Save yourself the frustration — do not trust their pricing claims or “guarantees.”

This company was amazing from start to finish. They immediately answered my call, notated the issue and dispatched a technician even though this was not an emergency. I definitely appreciate the quick service, friendly staff and awesome service
