Trio Roofers did a smash bang up job, exceeding our expectations. Trustworthy, prompt, competent, and courteous are good words to describe Simon and his crew.

Our 26-year old roof started leaking into one of our upstairs bedrooms during the heavy wind/rain storms in January. We contacted three roofing companies. One was slow to respond, the other offered us an appointment a month away just to come look at the roof! But Trio Roofers called back quickly and came the very next day. Simon sent up a drone to take video footage and pictures which he was able to show us so that we could see and understand the issues that he explained to us. There was no charge for this, nor for the estimates which he provided.

As our roof was 26-years old, we decided to replace our roof rather than just fix the immediate leak. Simon did not pressure us one way or the other, but just sent us the estimates and let us take our time to decide. But in the meantime, since we still had a leaky roof and several more incoming storms, he sent someone early the next morning to put a temporary tarp to stop the leak, which was a big relief!

The day they replaced the roof, the team worked with the efficiency of a well-oiled machine. When they were finished, power-washed the rain gutters and swept the driveway, patio and sidewalks cleaner than when they started. They dragged magnet around to pick up any scattered nails. My neighbor said she was watching the whole thing from across the street. She was so impressed by the good manners and top-notch work ethic of the crew. She said she had never seen anything like it before, and she has had a lot of remodeling work done on her home.

Simon has been a trusted vendor for various projects he’s completed, including a serious emergency we recently had when we experienced a sudden leak that caused significant damage in a short period of time when the rains came pouring down. He had completed a large project the year before and it was handled with upmost professionalism, prompt & with high quality expertise. He was able to come in quickly, assess the root cause of the leak; which was caused by another roofing companies major error, and completed the work in one day before the rains hit hard again.

I can’t recommend him enough. He uses quality materials through and through, he’s transparent about what is needed & will recommend only what is necessary. He’s definitely not like other contractors who continually try to upsell you. He provides a solid warranty & makes you feel prioritized when you call. Trio roofers and their project manager Simon, did a great job on our roofing project. From the initial estimate to the actual day of the work, Simon did great job in estimating the work through his use of a drone and an actual physical inspection of our roof. He was very professional, respectful, and had a very calm manner in working with us to replace a leaky gutter and to complete general roof maintenance on an older tile roof. Simon and his team arrived and finished on time and left our house and surrounding area clean and neat. It was pleasure working with Simon I appreciated his attention to detail and that he managed the job the entire time his team was on site. We had horrible rain/wind and the roof leaked and life was horrible. Simon of Trio Roofers came within a day, tarped, and at first inspector availabilty had his crew re-roof. They did a superb job, not just re-doing what was there; but, improving the roof to even beyond code. Excellent job.

The communication and updates provided, including before, during, and after photos, were extremely helpful as we were not always on the property. In progress bathroom remodel, Working with project manager Issac Rozolyo, very easy to work with and professional. Great ideas and great communication between job supervisor, project manager and customer.

WAY OVERPRICED the guy was not really good at selling us on his services. He told us that a just our roof would cost 40k when roofs actually cost 12k-14k to get done. This let me know he didn’t know what he was talking about. I know you got to make money but he was crazy over priced we have done are homework and have done Complete renovations so once he gave out pricing like 25k plus for architecture and structure when we are getting 7k -10k. I feel bad for anyone paying them these prices it’s really a highway robbery, watch out for these guys.

Bay Builders was great to work with. They kept a pace for the remodeling that was good for us and completed ahead of time. We are delighted with the two remodeled bathrooms and the new laundry room.,

We worked with Eshed on our remodel. We are really impressed by his speed of execution. He got us the build permit before our escrow closed. The demolition was done in a couple of days. We passed all of our inspections in one go. Eshed also installed a new electrical panel for us for the AC units, which is very nice. The job site was also very clean and neatly managed.

We were looking to renovate our outdated kitchen for a few years already, but we always put our plan on hold because finding a great construction team is really difficult. We generally hear horror stories and dissatisfaction on other construction companies. But it's a DIFFERENT story working with Bay Builders this last December 2019.

From the first encounter of getting a quote, Tal, the project manager, has always been so professional and knowledgeable. He also seems like the type of person who are on top of things, responsible, and responsive. True enough he lived up to our expectations.

Beautiful Design is included with the project and the process from the beginning of planning, the execution, and the final results are all very satisfactory for us. They made sure that we still have livable and clean space for us during the constructions. They always clean up afterwards each day, put up plastic sheets walls and taped up everything very neatly. These are very important to us, since we have a small kid. Rene, who is the foreman of the project, is very professional and awesome as well. He made sure things are going according to plan and everything goes smoothly. They are very responsive in term of any request for touch up or fixing imperfections.

Of course sometimes there are hiccups and challenges during construction, such as faulty appliances. We were so appreciative of Tal and Rene’s help in returning our faulty appliances to the store, and thus we were able to repurchased new appliances with no problem.

We love our new kitchen and everything finished in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend Bay Builders Construction to all my friends, and work with them again for the future projects. Thank you Tal and Rene!

We were looking to build an addition to our house and came across Bay Builders & Remodeling. We received several bids and chose Bay Builders because of competitive planning pricing and the fact that they were the only company we evaluated which covered all stages: planning, design and building, and credit planning cost toward building expenses. Now that our project completed, I can tell that we have made good choice. We are very impressed with quality of work.

Every construction project (especially big one as house addition) is not ideal. There will be always surprises, issues, etc. Obviously, quality is very important for us, but equally important is how issues were resolved. Bay Builder were there for us along all the stages and resolved hiccups very fast and with high quality. I give credit to our project manager Gilad. He is super responsive and very scrupulous. He would visit project site very often and point out issues or give directions to contractors. I would always rely on Gilad to perform quality work.

I would like to especially emphasize quality of the preparation work and work ethics by Bay Builders. Our project was caught in the middle by COVID19 shutdown. But even before government initiated shutdown and work was stopped, Gilad personally made sure to isolate building site from the rest of the living space. They setup plastic tarp from wall to wall and from ceiling to floor, so site was completely sealed and isolated (see attached picture showing view from construction site), which was very important for elderly members of our family. Even taking into consideration that project was stopped for couple of months due to pandemic, we were impressed how fast project was completed. Kudos to Gilad for great planning and execution.

These guys were great! I did a whole kitchen remodel with them and from start to end, their team was ethical, always available, honest and easy to work with. The quality of work is excellent! We first found Bay Builders after looking at a new home they had built in San Carlos. We were obsessed, but for a number of reasons it wasn't the right home for us. Flash forward a few months, we bough another house and after meeting with several contractors, we chose to work with Bay Builders for the spring and summer of 2019. Gilad helped us reimagine our kitchen, recommending us remove a wall to totally transform the downstairs. He has great attention to detail and great taste. He never hesitated to share his opinion which helped guide our selections throughout. The team was dedicated and thorough and came through down to the last detail.

Our kitchen is gorgeous! Their work was methodical and high quality and everything we asked for was accounted for. We made many of the tile, countertop and hardware selections ourselves which gave us greater flexibility and bought most of the materials on our own but Bay Builders coordinated the delivery. The cabinets are pristine (solid, beautiful white shaker cabinets) and tie the whole place together. Pricing was transparent and didn't increase, the office ran an organized process and everything was extremely clear and easy for us.

We're so thrilled with our new kitchen and know it will be the center of our home for years to come. Thanks Bay Builders!
