I had a wonderful experience with Joe who took time to talk to me about my needs, reviewed my project and gave me a quick estimate. He also came when expected and had great communication and advice and it is clear he is knowledgeable and client focused.

I had a leak on my roof. When they came to inspect my roof they quoted a whole roof maintenance that would have costed $3500. Had another contractor take a look and found the leak was caused by a cracked metal sheet around a vent. Which Trio Roofers never mentioned.

I feel like they should have seen the crack as it is right above where I showed them the leak was.

Again, this was a small leak but they quoted a whole roof maintenance.

When we started leaking in our living room on a Saturday night, I was delighted to find that Trio was open on Sunday. They came out to emergency tarp the roof, in the middle of the worst rain & wind storm of the season, and kept the damage from getting any worse. A few days later, they were back to seamlessly repair the roof, just ahead of another atmospheric river. Definitely one of the most responsive contractors I've ever encountered, and that everyone was extremely friendly and helpful puts Trio over the top.

I recently had a great experience with Trio Roofers! I manage a small apartment complex and one of my tenants texted me a picture of spot on their wall changing color. Concerned about a potential leak from the roof to into the attic, I did a quick search for roofers near me. Immediately I noticed Trio had 58 five star ratings, not a single one under five stars. The person that answered the phone was polite and professional and able to schedule someone to come out the next morning within a 2 hour window.

The next morning I received a call from Roi notifying me that he would be at my property within 30 minutes. When he arrived he was very pleasant and professional. He completed a 15 minute inspection of the roof. He pointed out the area where he believed water was getting in and causing the Sheetrock to discolor. He also pointed out another area that was soft and which he believed needed repair, as well as a few other issues with the roofing and rain gutters. He provided me a detailed estimate by the end of the business day.

I accepted his bid as it was not cheap by any means but was definitely fair, given the scope of the work. A storm was coming the next day so he assured me that his men would come and tarp off the 2 areas that were potentially leaking. They followed through and fully tarped off the roof. Two days later I got a call from Roi saying that the weather looked clear for Monday and he wanted to schedule my project for Monday morning.

His crew arrived Monday around 8 am and were able to finish the job within about 6 hours! Guillermo, the crew chief was very kind and showed me the before and after pics before leaving. Roi came a couple of hours later and inspected the work. He gave me a detailed description of the work performed as walked me through the pictures. I was very pleased with the work completed and confident that my roof is secure and protected for years to come!

Trio Roofers completed my job quickly and thoroughly for a fair cost. I’m keeping Roi’s number on file and using them for all future roofing needs!

I'm very happy that Trio Roofers custom built sheet metal to cover the leaking parapet walls on the roof of my historical home. After last year's storms, a pair of parapet walls on our historical house roof leaked. The walls were designed and built over a hundred of years ago with curved lines and metal covers. It required custom sheet metal work to fix the walls. It was very hard to find a contractor to do custom sheet metal work. We were happy to find Trio Roofers who has specialist to do the custom sheet metal work. Simon was the project manager, who came twice to estimate the work with the specialist Ovidio. They gave us a realistic estimate of work and price. Even though I thought the price was high initially, but they proved that the custom work was hard which required three months hard work (to be clear, there were several breaks, not entirely continuous three months) . Simon took photos along the entire process to show us the progresses, and was always ready to answer questions. Ovidio and his assistants did the custom cut on site. After three months, the work was done. They did water test to ensure the fix was leak-free. Upon request, they also painted the sheet metal with rust-free black paint to match the style of the house. After the first storm of the winter, we are very happy to report the house is finally leak-free. Thank you, Simon and Ovidio.

The workers that came to our house were timely, respectful, and dedicated to doing a good job (even with a wind storm the first day). Everyday they made sure the house and surrounding area was left clean and neat. We were grateful for that. We're so very happy with Trio Roofers! You will be too! The price was also comparably good. Few weeks after moving to our newly purchased first house, we observed a leak after a severe storm. Joe came to our rescue by not only helping us with our roof replacement, but also gave guidance about other things in the house as he saw I was a first time homeowner and knew very little about other things, not related to roofing. After we decided to go with Trio, there was a patch of 2 weeks with continuous rains and the work could not begin. Joe not only was responsive on texts and calls, but also came in twice to check in on status of the temporary tarp.
