Best contractors ever! Nick totally relieved my stress level by giving his ideas, opinions, and even directing me to all the right places to look as renovating our condo due to a sewer back up was horrendous. Very easy to talk to, gets back to you when you have questions, and helps whenever he can. I highly recommend DLCS builders. I will definitely use them again should I have to do anything again!!

He came to us highly recommended by our neighbors...Nick installed a door for us, in a space that didn't previously have one, he was meticulous in how he matched the trim, door, hardware ect (without us even discussing). He finished the project so fast! And he did a great job of prepping the area so there was no cleaning needed once he was done. His pricing was super fair and he was very direct. He has a great personality, allowing my daughter to show him her artwork, just the kind of person you want to work with. We have a list of projects he will be helping us with in the future. Definitely recommend!!

Nick completely remodeled our main late 1980's bathroom, converting the tub/shower to a beautiful walkin tiled shower with new flooring, vanity, mirror. lighting, & exhaust fan. The work involved moving & reconfiguring some of the existing plumbing and electrical. Throughout the job, Nick and his crew including his plumbing & electrical subs were professional & respectful of our home.

We went with Nick because his Bid was competitive but more than that the bid was was much more detailed and complete in describing the scope of work and the costs associated with each task. We felt confident going in that we understood the work and the cost of the work. As we'd hoped there were no surprises.

Nick was also an excellent communicator. Each day he let us know the estimated scope of work and start and end times for the upcoming day.

We love our new bathroom and plan to have him renovate the master bathroom in the spring.

After massive amounts of research and estimates to get the right team working on my moms house. We chose golden view and we’re not let down!!! We were looking to build an addition to our house and came across Golden View Renovation. We received several bids and chose Golden View because of competitive planning pricing and the fact that they were the only company we evaluated which covered all stages: Human engineering algorithm, planning, design and building, and credit planning cost toward building expenses. Now that our project completed, I can tell that we have made good choice. We are very impressed with quality of work.
Every construction project (especially big one as house addition) is not ideal. There will be always surprises, issues, etc. Obviously, quality is very important for us, but equally important is how issues were resolved. Golden View were there for us along all the stages and resolved hiccups very fast and with high quality. I give credit to our project manager Tal. He is super responsive and very scrupulous. He would visit project site very often and point out issues or give directions to contractors. I would always rely on Tal to perform quality work.
I would like to especially emphasize quality of the preparation work and work ethics by Golden View. Our project was caught by the COVID19 shutdown. But even before the government initiated shutdown and work was stopped, Tal personally made sure to isolate building site from the rest of the living space. They setup plastic tarp from wall to wall and from ceiling to floor, so site was completely sealed and isolated, which was very important for elderly members of our family. Even taking into consideration that project was stopped for couple of months due to pandemic, we were impressed how fast project was completed.
I would highly recommend Golden View for any construction project!

Amazing working with Golden View Renovation. Meidan helped me out during the whole renovation and installation of hardwood floors. We had a 60's built house with wood floors in most of the house.
