Omid and his team from Asha construction came to replace two leaking showerheads. Normally, he does bathroom remodels, and that's what we asked him for, but he took a look at our setup and realized we were not ready. And he was not interested in wasting our money. Instead, he gave us instructions on what we should buy, fixed our showers (good for 10+ years), threw in a toilet fix (was leaking), so they'd be operational while we considered exactly what we wanted done to this house.

Let me emphasize this, which is why I found him amazing: He was not interested in wasting our money.

Omid is an honest man I think he does quality work for a good price, gives good, practical advice. I highly recommend him and would use him again.

We got 3 bathrooms remodeled a while ago and it was great working with Stefan and team! They were on time, were able to adjust some of the walls to fit in a difficult shower pan and still finish the job on time. Super easy to work with.

Stefan and his team remodeled my bathroom as subcontractors for Made Renovations. While Made Renovations was horrible, the work and service level of Stefan and his team was amazing. Andrei was so professional. He came to work on time and put in a full day, everyday. He cleaned up his work and always left the house the way he found it. The bathroom is beautiful and his work is impeccable. Additionally, Stefan as a great project manager, always available and responsive. I would use them for my next job without hesitation and highly recommend them.

Stefan and his team are great. We got our flooring done, house interior painted and some other electrical work ,like recess lighting installed in our home. Stefan and His team was very good and they did the entire thing very fast and it was quality work. The biggest thing is the level of transparency that he will have with you. He will tell you the best options with very honest opinions. The work done was very good and we have been very happy with the same. We highly recommend Stefan and his team. They remodeled our kitchen, put in new flooring for our entire house, new baseboards, door trim and painted all our doors for us. They were always on time and easy to work with. We really appreciated how they would clean up at the end of each day, helping us problem solve some of the issues we ran into during the remodel, and super responsive when we emailed or texted with questions or requests. Stefan helped us by recommending certain vendors for some of our materials we had to order that were within our price point. His estimate on amount of materials was spot on. He and his team finished our remodel project within the projected timeline that he quoted us. Stefan and his team will be our go-to contractor for any future remodeling projects.

we recently engaged with Clever Design And Remodeling, Gili and David did above and beyond to make sure i am satisfied with my new kitchen, and i have to say its hard to make me happy, from some reason
i got a good feeling about them and i decided to go ahead with them, the first thing that caught me was the beautiful 3D Design they did for my 40 year old kitchen. after we finalized the design which took us approx 2 weeks, the rest of the project went according plan, they even helped me with all the city permits and pass all the inspections to make my kitchen up to code.
we finished the project on the 4th week including all touch ups.

Highly recommend clever design and remodeling to anyone that’s looking to remodel their home. They did a wonderful job remodeling my nursery room , used good quality products and the price was outstanding. Great customer service super professional, Roy the project manager did a great job , i explained to him how I wanted everything detail by detail and my expectations were satisfied.
