I can't say enough as to how happy I am with how smooth everything went with having a sizable Privet tree, which had branches touching primary and secondary wires, removed. In addition to the tree removal, we had it's stump and a few others ground down. The quote, communication, timeliness, respect of property and clean-up were exceptional. In a time were customer service seems to be lacking, I'm glad I found NewVista. Ask for Thomas, he was great!

We hired NewVista Tree Service to cut down as well as remove the stumps of two deceased trees in our backyard, and we are very happy with their service that has exceeded our expectation. What an honest and thoughtful company. I called to get a quote for a large tree in my front yard in Palo Alto. I was told that the city might actually own the tree
and I should check with them first, but they’d be happy to provide me with a quote. I was pleasantly surprised that the city is actually going to take care of managing the tree, but it’s so amazing to find a company that is that honest and thoughtful.

I have other trees that need to be maintained in my backyard and I’ll be definitely utilizing them when I’m ready to.

I recently met with Thomas Lamas, an ISA Certified Arborist working for NewVista Tree Service. Thomas is a young man, friendly and easy to talk with. When I explained my HOA is requiring me to cut down the trees in my private patio, he listened carefully to my story.

Thomas was clearly knowledgeable and we discussed the HOA requirements, what I wanted and what the city permit would need.

It is not yet settled on what will happen but if the trees need to be cut down, I will be using NewVista Tree Service for the project.
