As first time single home owners, we were overwhelmed by all the tasks and different advices we got. Thomas quickly earned our trust - He was responsive, knowledgeable, and showed a lot of care towards the trees. His crew was professional and respectful. We loved the “haircuts” our trees got, both functional and aesthetic, and they left our property tidy. The system is well set up (easy to view quotes, pay, etc.). We will definitely return for future needs.

I am very satisfied with NewVista Tree service. They had been the first to respond to my search and came within an hour to do estimate. The work was professional, quick and met my expectations. They even quoted a price that was lower than others who responded late. The clean up was also very good. My yard looked better after the job completion. Really deserve the 5 stars I gave. we hired new Vista to substantially trim 2 huge sycamore trees and more lightly trim a third Sycamore tree on our property. It took a crew of three men over a day to accomplish this. The work was initially evaluated by Thomas, their lead certified arborist. He was also on site while some of the work was being performed by the crew. Thomas is very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner during our interactions. He participated during the final phase of the project the following morning and was very responsive to final requests we made before they wrapped up their work which turned out great, and we have received a few compliments from our neighbors about the quality of the job they did. Overall, we were extremely impressed with the work and highly satisfied with the overall service. We would highly recommend them. Thomas was a great point person for the project and had an outstanding customer service orientation.

Thomas and his team are responsible and trustworthy. They deliver high quality work and always clean the work area after the main job is done. Their price is very reasonable. Came on time, were friendly and communicated clearly. They were skillful and cautious in how they cut limbs in pieces, lowered them with a rope, and batted them away from 2 cables in the way. The cuts were neat, and they even cut for me some of the wood into small chunks (to use for bbq's). I was very pleased, and can strongly recommend them.

We had New Vista confirm that our very old apple tree had to be removed due to disease. It was reassuring to have an arborist come out and evaluate the tree and help select a replacement tree. The day before the scheduled work, we received a few photos of new trees to choose from. The crew that did the work were on time, knowledgable and did a great job of removing, stump grinding and planting the new tree. They left the area clean and advised on proper care for the new tree. Even though it was difficult for us to remove our old tree, New Vista did a great job of making the process as smooth as possible.

I hired Antonio and his crew to remove three trees, and they did it super fast and efficient. They cleaned up real well afterwards and even cleaned up the branches that went over to the neighbor side. They even left me some remnants for wood projects. I’d definitely hire these guys again. The price is very fair.

The day after a storm left a branch hanging precariously from our front tree, Thomas from New Vista brought it down safely & gave us an excellent estimate for other overdue trimming. He and his team arrived a few days later, removed one dead tree from our backyard and completed extensive trimming of our front tree and other needed trimming in the backyard, all for a very fair price. Thomas and his crew were all very courteous & professional, carefully cleaned up, and overall I highly recommend them!

I had an absolutely incredible experience with NewVista Tree Service.
We had a large tree that began slowly collapsing throughout the day, and by 5:30 PM it was heavily leaning over our driveway. Concerned it might fall overnight and cause damage, I began frantically searching for emergency tree services. Despite calling several companies advertising “24/7 service,” most went straight to voicemail or Google Voice.
NewVista was the only company that actually answered. I spoke with Dina, who was kind, responsive, and quick to act. She asked for photos, called me back right away, and said, "That looks bad"—then promptly dispatched an arborist to assess the situation.
Within minutes, I received a quote, and their team was on-site that evening to safely remove the tree. They left the debris neatly on the side and returned first thing the next morning to remove everything completely.
The entire process was professional, fast, and reassuring during a stressful situation. NewVista was truly exceptional—responsive, reliable, and efficient. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Arborist Franck Cadena came to diagnose our cypress trees, Ash tree and several other fruit trees, he is very knowledgeable and kind! I trust him to give our trees the treatments!

I had a very positive experience with Kaitlyn the arborist who came out to look at our trees. She was very punctual, cheerful , and informative. She had to come back out with her supervisor, David, to take another look at one of the trees. He, too, was friendly, and answered our questions patiently. They are very professional. I highly recommend them.

I manage multi dwelling communities in the bay area and have recently started using SavATree for routine tree trimming and emergency tree services. They have been very fast to respond to calls/emails and service calls for ER service. Their pricing was very competitive and customer service is excellent! I had called this company spoke to a Jazmine gave her my information to give to an arborist she did. A gentleman by the name of Alberto showed up gave me an estimate. I had missed placed it so called the company and advised me he did not work for the company. my information was compromised by an employee that worked for Savatree gave my information to a strange. when i informed the company the manager Sabra emailed me stated that indeed Alberto did not work for the company she did not do anything to keep my information safe the employee Jazmine still works for Savatree so do not contact this company they are not safe

Our dwarf Olive tree was out of control. It was growing in all the wrong directions and just didn’t do any justice to the landscape we called savATree and Erik was sent to us. He was very knowledgeable. He explained what he would do and returned to do the job our tree looks refreshed, strong, and symmetrical. We will definitely use him next year.

Jonathan, ISA Certified Arborist, and fellow arborist, came to my home and walked with me through my site making note of the conditions of all trees and shrubs. They dedicated extra time analyzing condition of a couple fruit trees I was concerned about and took immediate steps to demonstrate what steps should begin to help the trees recover. Within a couple days the trees and shrubs had been trimmed followed by a thorough cleanup. Quick, complete, professional. Highly recommended.

We had SavATree come out to help us with some trees that weren’t doing well. They were incredibly helpful and gave us several great solutions. Jonathan spent well over half an hour looking at our trees and talking through different options to save them. I would highly recommend using them if you are looking for an arborist!
