Greenport Construction designed and built an amazing walk through closet for us. Eli Froneberger and his crew repurposed the old closet cabinets for garage and office storage and then built and installed stunning custom closet and drawer cabinets in a hallway that leads from our primary bedroom to the bathroom. They are both smart and skilled designer builders and also responsible and considerate workers. Our new closet might be the most beautiful feature of home!

We hired I Construction Co for the remodeling of our store front here at fisherman wharf San Francisco, They did a wonderful job, The main concern for us was the timing of the project, and they finished the project 3 days ahead of the agreed schedule.
we had a few complain from neighboring stores about working longer hours then usual, but we understand they had to meet the schedule deadline and also there was few extra change order involve.
By the way they were hired by our neighboring store for interior remodel.

Danny B. (Owner) and Crew performed a seismic upgrade on our 60 year old home. The work was conducted on time and as quoted. The quality of the crew, including carpenters, plasterers, painters, etc. was exceptional. Danny was responsive to questions and appeared to have current knowledge of codes and structural retrofitting strategies. Anyone needing this type of work performed should feel confident in engaging iConstruction.

We can't say enough about the quality of the work done. They completely remodeled our bath starting last fall. Their work is true craftsmanship. Everything was custom made for our space and installed with precision down to the millimeter. They were there everyday as scheduled. At the beginning of the work they gave us a spreadsheet showing what they would be doing every day. Except for delays caused by our making changes or additions, they completely adhered to the schedule. We had never heard of a construction company acting with such punctuality, The workman were fastidious and friendly, always concerned with our satisfaction. It was a great remodeling experience.

iConstruction redid an outdoor deck above living space that had been compromised. It required new waterproofing be tied into the house and house access on some days. He and his crew arrived on time every day, they were polite and clean, and they answered any questions. Dani, the owner, is enjoyable to work with and obtained all of the required permits without any issues. I would hire them again for any job.

Dani and his crew really helped us out when we needed it. We bought a home that needed some construction as well as some seismic retrofitting which we really wanted completed before we moved in for our own peace of mind. Dani worked with us to fit us into his schedule and get the work done to the highest quality in a timely manner.

I am so impressed with Danipal Betyordekom and I Construction. Dani is honest, on time, professional, and he wildly exceeded my expectations. He was always available by phone or text. He gave me multiple options and gently shared his opinions with me. His team was excellent. Such great carpenters and masons and they were so conscientious. They cleaned up every day and hardly affected the running of our household. When our neighbors had some issues, Danipal and his team reacted the same day and kept my neighbors so happy and heard. They attended to each and every detail and quickly adjusted when I had some questions. Their work was impeccable and completed right on schedule. I couldn't recommend I construction more highly.

Built a 4+ foot retaining wall in our step backyard. Did an absolutely incredible job. The original one had begin to break apart, but the one by I Construction will survive for centuries.

Danny and his team were totally awesome. The did so much more than I expected. Fantastic job. Was not cheap, but worth every penny we paid. I highly recommend I Construction, and would gladly hire them again.

Our wooden driveway was failing when Danny and his team came in and saved the day! Due to the challenging topography in Mill Valley this was a very complicated job constructing a new concrete parking structure. The scope creep bled over into and all-new covered porch completely transformed the facade of the house. As a result we added lots of usable parking space to the property.
Danny took total control as a GC collaborating daily with our engineer, architect, county and subs. His experience also allowed for the contribution of thoughtful design changes along the way. The end result is a finished product better than originally planned which came in on time and on budget.
If you’re looking a no-nonsense contractor Danny is your man. We’ve already hired him for our next project.
