iConstruction has done three major structural jobs for me so far, and their expertise is what makes me a loyal customer. The most recent job was building a beautiful outdoor California Room and pergola in my backyard. The process was as simple as me showing Danny a picture of what I wanted and the rest was left to him and his crew. Their skill and professionalism is unmatched. Not only do they show up, work hard, and get the job done, but also respect your home and always leave it clean. Whenever I hire iConstruction I know I’m getting the best quality service and will always be satisfied with their work.

Danny's team, led by Iram, came into our house and up into our attic and finished a beam reinforcement project in roughly five hours. Danny was quick to respond and fair with the final pricing. His team was courteous and efficient, and worked diligently in a hot attic to complete the project. I would use them again.

I Construction is the best! Their bid was right on target and they patiently reviewed its components with us. They showed me 2 other areas in urgent need of repair. (So get other things checked out when you get your estimate!).

The crew was 100% professional - and explained every step. I'll certainly use them again if/when needed.

New Driveway and Channel Drains finished today in Tiburon, CA. by iConstruction, Inc. Fantastic outcome both in terms of structure and visual results. Each step of the process was ON TIME AND ON BUDGET. The crew cleaned up every afternoon before leaving even after a long day of jack hammers and dust! These guys are PROS and really outstanding at what they specialize in. You cannot go wrong ! They exceeded our expectations........

I originally contacted iConstruction to get an estimate for siding and decking repair. The managed to get me on the schedule in very short order, and sent extremely competent and friendly carpenters to perform the job. The biggest challenge was getting enough dry days in a row to be able to make progress (February - March of 2024). They all were super thoughtful and hard working, and the results are outstanding. I would highly recommend Danny and his crew for your construction related needs.

I'd like to take a moment to thank iConstruction for the excellent work they did in repairing a patio that was leaking into our home.

This repair was attempted by a previous contractor by the previous owner and it continued to leak. Danny and his team, led by Gama, really did an exceptional job by taking the time to really find all the issues causing the leak and fix it right the first time.

They are truly experts and go the extra mile. I had a very difficult decorative brick to source and they literally drove all over the Bay Area trying to find just the right brick producer to make a perfect match with the rest of my patio (VERY MUCH APPRECIATED).

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and they would be the first contractor I'd call for any future project.

Danny and the iConstruction crew are perhaps the best and most professional contractors I have ever dealt with. I had to demolish and replace exterior stairs and a deck at the front of my hillside home, a project that required detailed engineering drawings, and meticulous workmanship. Danny engaged with the engineer and implicitly understood complicated engineer drawings. From beginning to end, Danny and the crew were attentive to detail, displayed great skill, knowledge and experience, and made a difficult situation as painless as possible. Danny came daily to review the progress with me and his crew, answer any questions I had, and developed solutions to any issues that arose during the project. Months later, I had a minor issue in which water accumulated at the base of the redwood stringers. Even though this was caused by a pre-existing problem and not the result of the work performed, Danny responded to me promptly, came to my home with the senior member of the crew, and the problem was fixed soon thereafter. I wholeheartedly recommend you hire iConstruction if you want a project done well the first time. He and his people are simply the best!

Danny and his crew did a fantastic job completely rebuilding our four flights of exterior hillside stairs and two-story wrap-around decks (all of them were almost 60 years old and falling apart). It was a huge project that also involved stabilizing the house foundation with drilled piers. They did beautiful work and were highly professional on every level--clear communication, accurate estimates, reliable, generous with their time and advice. A pleasure to work with iConstruction and we would definitely use them again and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Pederson Construction helped me recently with extensive dry rot in the siding of my home. Elliot is sharp, honest, and extremely capable. He's been in the business for 20 years and knows houses forwards and backwards. He knows the right way to do things and doesn't cut corners. We have used the team at Sausalito Construction for several large and small projects. All carried out impeccably, even when "surprises" are discovered, such as a beam too rotted out to support the garage. I highly recommend.

They did a foundation repair for us. Tony and his assitant responded to our message promply. They explanined the proces to us throughout the process. They coomunicated with our engineers to ensure the quarlity. They are very fast finishing the project. We are very satisfied with them and their work and will recommend them to others.

Whoever designed and built my home neglected to account for just how much the hill it's at the base of would shift and put pressure on the foundation. Over the years, that pressure's been building up, and it recently started bowing in the sides and compromising the foundation. Fortunately, I called these guys in time. They put in a retaining wall and fixed the damage that had been caused. It could've been a lot worse than it was, though, but thankfully RWR handled it.

This team was great to work with. I had a smaller project at my house, but the communication from the RWR team made it seem like I was a priority to them. They did exactly what they said they'd do. Couldn't be happier.

I contacted the company a month ago for a job to build a retaining wall in my backyard. Someone from RWR came out to my house to take a look at the job. He was very arrogant and super difficult to talk to!

He did not spend time to explain to me his evaluation of the job, what steps need to be done, etc. Instead, he spent most of the time bragging how great and desirable RWR is. "You would be lucky if we can do it for you before Christmas!" Said this guy!

As soon as I gently asked what he thought of the job was going to cost me. He very rudely interrupted: "if you are looking for the cheapest guy, we are not! "

He left without giving me any good unserstanding of what is going to be done if they are hired ( the whole point of site visit! ) he promised to get back to me on a rough quote in the next couple of days. That never happened! I called to follow up three weeks later, still have not heard a word from them!

I talked to different contractors about the same job before, no one is as inpatient, rude, unhelpful as the RWR people.

From their work ethics, I don't foresee this being the type of people I want to work with! A complete waste of my time!

I called RWR Construction Inc. after discovering I needed a driveway repair service for my home in San Rafael. My driveway was old and had started to develop cracks and loose sections, and rather than have it completely replaced, I wanted to see if it could be saved. The experts at RWR Construction Inc. came in and within a short time, they had my driveway looking and feeling like new!

We had to do a complicated foundation repair in San Francisco. RWR Construction Inc. delivered everything we looked for in a contractor to do the job. And they did so exceptionally well -- every step of the way.

Along with proof of all the necessary insurances that they carry, RWR gave us a comprehensive, professional, contract detailing the job they would do and their estimates of cost and time required. And they honored every provision of the contract .

The hardworking , courteous work crew was supervised full time by their foreman Ruben Hernandez,who was exceptionally skilled in every aspect of the project and a great problem solver.

Ruben, along with the General Manager Tony Camacho and Project Manager Trevor Vantrease, kept us abreast of the work in progress and promptly addressed and resolved all our concerns.

The administrative staff – Karina Ochoa, Laura Cifuentes, Maria Saavedra, Elsa Rodriguez, and Giovanna Jimenez – coordinated all aspects of the project with superb efficiency and courtesy under all kinds of pressure and helped run our project as smoothly as Rolls Royce.

Thanks to all of them, our project was completed with great success and on time.

We certainly look forward to working with RWR Construction on our future projects.
