Jeff and Jorge from attic Construction OC we’re fantastic . Jeff came to my home on Tuesday and by Thursday we’re in full swing of a big attic re-insulation and clean up job. We couldn’t be more pleased with how knowledgeable and thorough this team was and how friendly and respectful they were during the time they were working in our home. Outstanding customer service! I had them out 11 months ago and they did a great job. I recently had a recurrence and they came out the same day and did some trouble shooting and resolved the issue. I would not hesitate to use them again. Darren Kretzer did an amazing job.

I requested a quote for a crawlspace cleaning work and to make sure there are no potential entry points for rodents. NICK LOGOTETA was the technician, who arrived at the agreed time.

In a very short time, he did a thorough assessment and found a couple of issues: A dead rat that had been under my house for years and a small entry point. He took care of the rat and the hole in that same moment, free of charge.

I'm very pleased with Nick's customer service and proffesionalism. I'm definitely calling Attic Construction for my next project. Recommended.

I paid a bit extra vs competitor because I felt like they would be more thorough. It’s in-house crews. They use a two visit process of remove, block entrances, and clean, then wait to re-insulate after inspecting to make sure there is no more rodent activity. The other company was one and done and just hope, I guess.

Stage one complete, they showed me photos of what was done. It’s all clean and smells good now. Kevin and crew were tidy, efficient and polite. Workmanship looks good, and I’ve personally done construction and insulation work in the past.

Absolutely rock stars! EVERYTHING is documented, from estimate, to prior to start, to job progression, and job completion details, all photographed AND time stamped. Constant clear communication from start to finish as well.
Shout out to Nick as well. He got up to the attic and crawled around for the initial assessment, stopped by to check on the progress, came back to sort out some electrical issue too! He cares about the job being done right and we would recommend Attic Construction to anyone without hesitation!

We have had some construction issues on our new home that affected our attic area over the last year. Among other things, I had fears that lingering pests were up there so I called Attic Construction to check it out. Darren called 30 minutes before the appointment, was totally courteous, and showed up on time. After a thorough inspection he showed us pictures of our totally clean and pest-free attic! I was very relieved that there were no lingering issues...Thank you Darren for answering all of our questions, taking the time to inspect everything, and giving us peace of mind!

We had attic insulation installed in two homes on the same day by Jeffrey Nelson and his crew. They did a great job, and Jeffrey explained everything and did everything he said that he would do. The price was competitive too. I would have them back again if needed, and I recommend them to you.

Kevin, Jonathan, Chavo and Jessy all worked really hard on a hot day to clean up my attic. It took them 10 hrs but they were always pleasant, willing to answer whatever questions I had and readily fulfilled my requests. It was also nice to see them getting along well with each other and working happily together.

Jesus also was also very nice and responsible . Always returned my calls and came by to check on traps as soon as he could. Thank you Jesus for trying hard to get me in earlier than scheduled.😆

Stephen, the manager, also stopped by to make sure the work being done properly. That was very reassuring.

I truly appreciated all of you for working so hard to clean up my attic and get rid of the rats. Tonight I think I can sleep really well.

The service was excellent. Cody came to my house and explained in details from beginning to end how my house’s attic would be cleaned and sanitized after two rats made a disgusting mess. Furthermore, new insulation was put and I do not need to worry about anymore rats coming in with the prevention control. I had an issue with finding a company come to my house every time I mentioned I needed cleaning service I was given the “no” response. However, this company was willing to come to my Fontana home. Very satisfied.

My attic needed to be cleaned up and new insulation installed. Cody Fairbairn arrived promptly as scheduled. Cody asked what was needed. He explained how Attic Construction goes the process, explained my options and took all the time needed to answer my questions. Cody the went into the attic, took tons of photos so that he could describe the scope of work needed. My old insulation was matted and dirty, and flattened from a roof removal years earlier. He explained how the attic would be thorough cleaned, sanitized, vent repairs made if needed to keep rodents out.
Cody took a great deal of time to explain to me how his guys would protect my home.
It was a big decision for me to make by myself (I'm a widow) and Cody made me feel so comfortable and informed. I had received other proposals and promises, but no one was else was willing to explain all the details to me, let alone take pictures so I could have a visual.
I felt the estimate was very fair, and crossed my fingers that all would go well.
The crew arrived on time, protected every inch of my home with padding and plastic to seal the area to the attic. These guys were polite, incredibly hard workers, and when Cody showed me pictures of the attic after the cleaning, I was amazed. (I was tempted to ask if they do floors and windows.)
I also received pictures after the insulation was completed, and I'm so pleased. The clean up was so complete, you'd have never guessed a dirty, messy job had been done. The work was done in late May, and I've waited until summer heat to experience the difference. For the first time my home is comfortable moving from room to room.

I had wanted to replace the insulation in my attic for quite some time now. The original wood shingle roof was torn off in 1999 (a few years before I bought the house) and there was so much old roofing debris and dirt up there. Truly disgusting.

In March of 2023 I had to call a rodent control company to remove a family of rats (13 total) that had settled in to make my attic and AC/Heating ducting their new home. After eradicating the rats and subsequent replacement of all the ducting it seemed the perfect time to have an insulation contractor remove and replace all the fiberglass batts and also fill any voids in my attic that could only be seen once the insulation was completely removed. By June of 2023 I had three contractor bids; I narrowed the choice down to Attic Construction. Their bid was in the middle of the range but I was impressed with Nick and how he explained the benefits of hiring his company. Photo documentation of the entire process, in house work crews (not subcontracted) and a guarantee that they stand behind all their work. What I also liked was that in addition to being a Cal State licensed insulation contractor they're also a Class B General Contractor too.

I'll concur with the other reviews as to the process itself; the crew led by Tony absolutely worked their tails off in completing the job in about 11 hours. These gentlemen work hard and were diligent in getting the job completed. The following week I noticed that one of the bathroom fan ducts had become dislodged from the roof vent, most likely bumped by one of the crew during the install. A text to Nick and within an hour and he was at my front door. He reconnected the duct to the roof vent promptly. THAT says so much about this company and it's employees and how they take care of their customers.

To anyone contemplating this type of work, make sure you include Attic Construction in your bid list. I'm glad I did and am happy I went with them.

The project manager, Mark, conducted himself in a very professional manner and he is knowledgable in his profession. He gave me a quote which clearly outlines all the work that he could do to take care of my home's rodent problem. His crew arrived on time which is highly appreciated. All crew member were respectful of my property. Kevin, the team leader, is courteous and explained everything that was to be done for the day. The day was long, but he and his crew was able to complete the project in the 10 hour time frame that they estimated. Their field of expertise is the assurance that I got what I needed done. I scheduled Attic Construction to clean my attic after have rat in my attic. I called the office to schedule and they were very responsive and easy to work with. The office set a two hour window for the the guys to come and inspect my attic. Darren called me about 1.5 hours before coming out and letting me know an approximate time, and then again 30mins before to let me know the exact time he would arrive. They were very thorough in the scheduling and responsiveness. Upon arrival, Darren inspected my attic and cleaned up the rat poop and advised me on a few fixes I could do myself that would help prevent pests in the future. Darren did not try to upsell me or charge me for any unnecessary services. I was very happy with the service, quality, and professionalism of Attic Construction! They definitely went above and beyond my expectations.

We worked with Avery specifically from Attic Construction. We had been looking for a company to come and clean our crawlspace, do some rodent proofing, and general maintenance. I had received multiple quotes from companies but many of them became unresponsive. Avery was at our house within a day and was able to provide a quote same day. When I asked him when the work could start, I expected him to state at least 10 days, but to my surprise they could start the next day! They finished the work quickly. Props to Avery's crew as well (I'm so sorry, I didn't catch their names) as they were very careful with our wood floors and were super efficient. Now our crawlspace looks so much better!
