Contacted Attic Construction for asbestos duct replacement, attic cleanup, rodent-proofing, and insulation replacement. Appointment was made in a timely manner and Darren responded at set time. He inspected the attic and showed me pictures of it's condition. Pretty disgusting I must say.

We discussed options and came to an agreement about the salient issues and timeline for the work to be done.

Each crew that responded was punctual and professional. Everything was done as promised and on time. They cleaned up everything each day and there were no problems. Darren also responded several times to verify the work was being done properly and addressed anything he didn't feel was done to his specifications. He also showed me pics of progress.

When the project was done, Darren followed up to make sure I was satisfied with results. He also followed up by phone two months later and came by at my request to check again for rodent infestation; no evidence of rodents.

I wish to share the 'beyond my expectations' experience this week with Darren. Beginning with the first point of contact- Following the attic photo survey to determine the level of heat efficiency, Darren's range of construction knowledge highlighting insulation, venting, and construction gaps was clearly at a master level. The assessment of current attic materials and the insulation rating was supported with multiple photo examples.
Darren's patience and deliberate descriptions every aspect were illustrative of service through the finish. Follow-up phone calls were promptly returned and never a hesitation to assure that my every question was answered, such as certifications and precise calculations for a bid.

Absolutely impressed with the job Darren, Kevin and crew did on cleaning up the unholy mess that rodents had left in my attic. The finished product was better than original and as promised. The work was done fast and efficiently. Will highly recommend to anybody that needs this service. You could spend more, you could probably spend less, but I don’t think you will get the same excellent results! Hardest working crew I’ve seen in California! I had a rodent die in our basement and thought I needed rodent proofing, cleaning, and insulation replacement. Attic Construction quickly sent out a technician to provide an estimate. The technician Darren did a thorough inspection, and was honest and transparent that the job was better suited as a DIY project, as damage was not nearly to the extent as I thought. He spent some time to explain where to focus, and what products to get from the hardware store. Super helpful! For future projects we would definitely use Attic Construction, and recommend to others.

Had Attic Construction come out to insulate my attic and Darren was the man who took care of it. Seriously, the guy was awesome - punctual, friendly, and really knew his stuff. He got the insulation done quick and clean, plus he managed to make our drafty old attic look brand new.

Highly recommend Attic Construction. Darren was my rep and he’s was great to work with. Communication was on point from start to finish. Their pricing I felt was very fair. Their install team was efficient and clean. We passed inspection with the city the next day with flying colors. (This was new construction) I will totally use them again if needed.

Darren and the workers, Tony, Jonathan and Ryan have provided excellent service with my rodent infested attic. All old insulation removed, all openings and entry access points sealed, area vacuumed, disinfectant applied and new, updated insulation installed. I feel I have a new attic now! Highly recommended!

Darren helped me out with my attic and was amazing to work with. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with! If anybody I knows needs any attic work done, I am definitely sending them Darren’s way!

We had no idea that there were critters in our attic until one cold morning we turned on the heater and insulation started getting blown out of the vents! Talk about a wake up call… We found Attic Construction through google and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Darren was prompt and very efficient. He did a thorough exam of the attic, roof and all along the outside of the house as well as under it. Turns out the critters had way more entry points than us as humans had! Darren went through each step they would take in order to clean out the old insulation and hvac duct work then disinfect the attic and rodent proof throughout our property. Approx a week later Darren left traps out then returned a week later the traps were removed and duct work and insulation was replaced! We finally felt safe from the critter free loaders. With fruit trees in the backyard and a canal across the street, we get a variety of critters coming through. Started to hear the sounds from the attic of what had to be rats. We contacted a different company first and then contacted Attic Construction for a second opinion.

Darren did the initial inspection and from there everything was nothing short of excellent. Darren’s inspection was thorough and provided plenty of photos and he also pointed out issues with our rooftop dryer vent (they don’t do that type of work, but it was helpful to know). While the scope of work was quite large, Darren provided detailed explanations of what was (and wasn’t) a high priority, and the estimate was much more reasonable than the previous company.

This was not a small project, but the company was able to get the work done in two days over the Christmas holidays (24th and 26th). They were efficient, effective, and got the job done on time and within the estimate. Darren and his team were courteous and helpful the entire time.

We can already tell the difference with the new insulation keeping the heat in the home. We will definitely recommend Attic Construction if anyone asks.

5 stars for sure!! Jason told us all about what their procedure was going to be so we expected a great job and GOT a great job... Rodents were totally taken care of & our attic sanitized. All the dirty old insulation GONE & replaced with new... We are glad that we hired the right company- Jason was also very responsive to any questions or concerns about the job.

Attic Construction provides absolutely stellar service. Attic work wasn’t the top priority project on my mind until I heard an animal scratching in the ceiling. I called a couple of companies for rodent proofing and insulation quotes. I knew our house has some old asbestos ducts that needed to be removed and that the attic space was a mess since the previous owners did little to keep the house in good shape. Jason came by and his thorough inspection and explanation of what needed to happen was very helpful, and he refuted another company’s fear mongering tactics about our asbestos ducts which calmed some of my worries.

This was no small project and Jason was always willing to answer questions and come by to check how things were going. His team (Tony, Jonathan, and Ryan) showed up on time and were extremely thorough. Any issues that arose were addressed promptly. Jason pointed out some unrelated potential issues that were uncovered in our attic space like a disconnected furnace pipe and some loose electrical wiring that wasn’t to code. All in all, he went above and beyond the scope of the project and gave us great advice which we could choose to follow through on or not. We followed every bit of advice and were so thankful he is a trustworthy person. I can’t say enough how grateful I am. I would recommend this team to anyone.

Attic Construction has exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. I was able to get an appointment for inspection of my attic within the week. It took more than two weeks for some of their competitors. The woman who scheduled my appointment was extremely pleasant and followed up 24 hours before my appointment to remind me of my scheduled time.
Darren showed up on time, was very thorough, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time out to explain everything in layman’s terms with the help of great photos he took.
I had previously had rodent proofing done with another company years ago, and Darren was able to respectfully point out areas where I was still very vulnerable. I hope to use this company to resolve the outstanding issues and I have no doubt I’ll have more peace of mind once this is finally completed.

Highly impressed with Attic Construction - from the friendly telephone support to the very professional and efficient crew that came to the house. Jonathon, who was in charge, is polite and conscientious. He clearly takes his work - and customer satisfaction - very seriously.
It was an enormous amount of work - removing the old insulation, completely cleaning out the attic, and then sealing every possible opening, including under the house. The last step, today, was the installation of new insulation. Great work. Fair price. I recommend Attic Construction highly.

Attic Insulation Installation: The team of 7 (led by Ryan Park) arrived right on time—even a few minutes early! What an impressive, professional crew of nice guys! They got right to work, inspecting the work to be done, sealing off the rooms, laying down plastic runners. I have driveway pavers, so I was also a bit concerned because of the 2 enormous trucks that they brought. In response, they laid down plastic and protected the pavers from undue stress. They also brought down old storage boxes (trophies, dishes, old technology, and a few surprises) from the attic.
The crew took time out for lunch, but not much. They worked tirelessly, from 9:00 AM till dark, almost 6:00 PM. They removed the old insulation, old rat droppings, they cleaned and sealed attic holes and vents, installed screens, rodent-proofed, then laid down batting and blew in fiberglass insulation.
Their clean-up was impressive! Ryan showed me video and photos of each stage of the work, so I had total confidence that when they left, I had a quality R-49 Owens Corning Insulation installation (about 199 sq. ft). When the invoice arrived in my email box later, it included all the photos and video that Ryan took. That documentation will come in very handy when I eventually sell my home. In the meantime, I am looking forward to staying warmer this winter and cooler this next summer, saving money on my heating and AC bills.
I am impressed with all of the people with whom I’ve had interactions. The Customer Service, Jason (the initial home contact), and the people who make everything happen: Ryan, John, Alexis, James , Andy, Pedro and Mateo. I encourage anyone and everyone to take advantage of the Energy Star Rebate (up to $1200) that will expire end of December. Be sure to consider Attic Construction when you do.

I don’t know how there are any reviews that are positive. Unprofessional, unreliable, and all around poor workmanship. When called out for their lack of attention to detail, they treat the customers like they created the problem. Please reach out to me if you are even considering this company so I can show you their work and communication. I don’t want any family or individual to have to go through the hell they put us through. Please trust someone else with your money.

This company is not committed to treating customers with respect, or completing work in general, I have proof for both. I also gave proposals to mitigate the poor workmanship and unfinished work. This company cannot be trusted.

We are an Atlantis customer for life! The whole team at Atlantis is awesome. Let me start with Ian, he is very professional, honest, and upfront about the whole process. He explained each step in detail, he informed us on what to expect during the process, and he was always honest with what could be done. Alyssa was always very patient when it came to working with me and my crazy work schedule. Jarred is super professional, very detail oriented, and went above and beyond. Andy's attention to detail is amazing, he too was very professional and always so polite. Marlin's attention to detail is wonderful as well, he is always so nice, professional too. On the last day that Marlin and Andy were at my house finishing up the project, they even unpacked and put together our new sectional in the loft PLUS they cleaned up the packaging and took it away when they left. All the work we had done for the price we paid is another reason we will recommend Atlantis to anyone who needs any type of work on their home. Thank you guys for such an AMAZING job!!! I loved my home before, and I am even more in love with it now.
