I'd read the great reviews of OC Builders before deciding to go with them, and honestly, even though I let myself be swayed by them, I still thought they sounded too good to be true. But in fact, having recently completed a renovation of my condo, including the kitchen and two bathrooms, I'm joining the club and adding my rave review. While there were definitely hiccups along the way, Moe was never anything but helpful, professional and -- most importantly, and I can't stress this enough -- RESPONSIVE AT EVERY TURN. I've heard enough horror stories from friends and family who went through renovations and constantly had to track down and wait for their contractors, so I feared the worst. But from the very outset, starting with the interview process when I was deciding which contractor to go with and continuing through every step of the way, Ron responsiveness was even better than I expected. The longest I think I ever waited for a return call or text was a couple hours, and I was always incredibly grateful for that. All of his workers were also completely professional in every respect, and did excellent work. I recommend them without hesitation.

For this particular project, we had our guesthouse's kitchen, flooring, and bathroom redone. The remodel looks immaculate! The best part about working with Moe and OC Builders was their dedication to quality and speed (it was not one or the other). I've worked with other contractors and they were NEVER on schedule. I was shocked at how quickly they moved through the house. However, I also really appreciated Moe`s dedication to quality. Our piping was completely outdated and Gal automatically updated the piping because his team didn't feel comfortable with the old piping (I LOVE THAT!) On top of that, Gal was great about communicating timelines, expectations, and questions with me. I'm usually at work during business hours so Moe was great through e-mail and text which I really needed to complete this project.

With any project there can always be hiccups. Moe and team never try to deflect blame or make excuses. I think this is extremely important and speaks volumes to their character. Moe always tries to make all things right. This is why I will be working with them again in the future! Do not hesitate to give them a call! Everything else was either shortened, knocked down, expanded or modified. While taking on a major remodel in the middle of a pandemic and supply shortage wasn't ideal, OC Builders certainly

We worked with OC Builders to remodel our kitchen. The experience was really wonderful! Our project manager Moe Gispam made the whole process incredibly easy.

It started with the design phase. They were very easy to work with, and brought in a really skilled designer to help us bring our vision to life. They were also very patient as we went through several iterations of the design.

Once the work commenced, the process went very smoothly. They sectioned off that part of the house, took care of all the permits, and they sent us a nightly updates including photos. It was a very great way to be in touch every step of the way.

The various workers for the different trades were also a pleasure to work with. They were conscientious of us and our space. They worked at an incredible pace without the work quality suffering.

Overall the process went a lot quicker than we anticipated. We are incredibly thrilled with the results, and plan on working with OC Builders on future projects. We strongly recommend them.

First and foremost, if OC Builders said they were going to do something, I slept well at night knowing they would. I cannot overstate how nice it was to never worry if things would get done. We never worried about crews showing up or work being done. People always showed up when they were scheduled to and we were always kept up to date on any scheduling changes.

From start to finish, OC Builders Group's communication with us was excellent. There was a daily text sharing the work done that day, the plan for the next day, and the crew's expected arrival time. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly responded to within the group text. Almost without fail, when we sent a text with a question or request, Brianda or Evan would respond within a few hours. It was impressive and an extremely nice experience.

Rob and Brian worked with communicating what needed to be done with the crews and were both always willing to answer our questions and brainstorm solutions to the hiccups that come with doing construction.

Haim, our project manager, was a DREAM to work with. He always listened to our concerns and made sure they were addressed. It often felt like we didn't even need to fully explain our thoughts because he was so in-tune and just "got it" before we even said anything. Whenever we needed something, Haim made it happen. We would work with Haim again in a heartbeat.

When things went wrong, OC Builders was quick to remedy the issue. They were proactive in finding solutions and ultimately always made sure we were comfortable with the resolution. When we wanted things done differently or fixed, OC Builders fixed them without ever pushing back or complaining--no matter how major or minor the issue was. When a delay beyond their control happened, they re-worked the construction schedule and timeline to minimize the impact of the delay and keep things moving. When the paint in the corner of our dining room didn't turn out the way we wanted, they came back to fix it.

Overall, we are so pleased with how everything turned out and very grateful that our experience with OC Builders was a positive one--from our first consultation to our final walkthrough.

For starters, we love our new home and the work that OC builders group has done! It was our first time renovating a home so we were pretty lost and intimidated and had trouble finding the design/ layout we wanted to go with. Almara who drafts the 3D designs helped us plan out everything and helped us shape our home. The actual construction process did start off bumpy since there were a few parties involved which lead to miscommunication. Luckily John and Moe were able to step in and get everything back on track! John set clear expectations and was always available for a phone call and always picked up when I called which is a plus in my book :). I could sense johns sense of urgency and his determination to get us to the finish line and am overall happy with the process.
