highly recommend builpire . Ask for Dean if you end up calling. He is so knowledgeable, professional and always on time. I got my kitchen redone a while ago and finally got the time to post a review. I really couldn't be happier with the results. Even small thing that came up after the job was completed were handled within a few days. I'd recommend them for three reasons: 1) outstanding communication, 2) quality of work and 3) commitment to the job I will definitely be calling him in the future for any new projects.

This company is a scamming company they will retaliate if you decide not to take their services. Our insurance company sent them out because we had a pipe burst under slab slab leak. They took forever to help us so we decided to take the company that came out after them. The minute we told them we didn't want their services they called our claims adjuster filed a false diagnostic report got my claim denied and I had to have three other people come in to prove to my insurance that they were lying. Thank God we have proof that they were lying because now as soon as everything's done we're going to take a lawsuit for retaliation causing negligence and unsafe living situations that made me and my children move out of our house so yeah I hope that that's how they get business because this whole entire complex knows about them and they don't want anything to do with them.

I needed to upgrade my backyard and had a couple of quotes but everyone was either no show or giving me time in the next few months ahead. Dean showed up on time and gave me a detailed quote for the job and started demolition the week after our contract was signed.
I had some ideas about what I needed to be done and they help measuring and drawing some computer design for it which was very useful throughout the project.
It was a big project with a lot of concrete slabs, the whole swimming pool renewal with plumbing and pebbles finish and concrete coping and also some retaining walls, landscape, lighting and some more electrical work and I couldn't be happier with Dean and his team.

We wanted to renovate our backyard and the pool when we were in a long trip for a few months. We wanted to work with a contractor who we could trust him about his work and timing. We interviewed many contractors, unfortunately none of them was reliable, even when we wanted to sign the contract with one of them, he even didn't show up at the meeting! Anyway I'm happy that didn't happen. We were lucky to find Bilpire Congratulations. They did a great job at our backyard, they changed everything, the pool, concrete, landscape. Compare to other contractors their timing was surprisingly perfect. When we came back from our trip the work was almost done as they promised, just a few details needed to be fixed. Our backyard is even better than what we expected.
