I hired Nor-Cal Maintenance to do several jobs around my home. Solar panels cleaned, moss removal from roof, gutter cleaning, windows washed inside and out and repair a torn sliding screen door. Dave, the owner was great to work with and Jesus did all the work. He did an excellent job on everything! My windows have never been so clean! I would highly recommend this company if you need work done around your home.

I’m very happy to have found Nor-Cal Maintenance! I researched many companies and individuals when I needed to have my rain gutters and downspouts cleaned. I was pleased to learn Nor-Cal Maintenance operates out of Sonoma County and they had earned many excellent reviews. I called Nor-Cal Maintenance based on my research and spoke with Dave, the owner. He scheduled a day and time to meet me at my house and give me an estimate. Dave arrived on time and was very personable and professional . He evaluated the gutters and downspouts and informed me there were 3 seams in the gutters in need of repair. Dave and I also discussed installation of gutter guards.

Dave promptly sent me a quote via email and I accepted. We scheduled the cleaning, repair, and installation of gutter guards.

On the day of the scheduled job, Dave’s team arrived at my home; they introduced themselves and were polite and professional! They did a great job! I appreciated that they cleaned up the debris from the gutters that had fallen on the walkways around the house. I was very impressed his team took before and after photos of the gutters and reviewed them with me. Again, great job guys!

My initial call for an estimate to have my gutters cleaned and gutter covers installed was promptly returned by Dave. He came out, did an inspection and gave me an estimate with two options (repair or replace a section of rusted gutter...they are over 30 years old). On work day, his crew was very courteous and diligent. All in all, a good experience. I won't hesitate to recommend Nor-Cal Maintenance to family and friends! Dave is very professional and knowledgeable. He identified a few issues during my estimate process that I didn’t realize existed, which provided me the opportunity to consider how and when I wanted to repair them. His crew did a fantastic job!! I’m very pleased with their work and the price is fair and consistent with the estimate. I’m relieved to finally have high-quality gutter covers that will protect my home from embers during wildfires, but at a much more reasonable price than major brand names.

I gave five stars to NorCal maintenance for pressure washing the outside of my home and window washing inside and out. Although they're a little expensive they were willing to negotiate the price. The work crew was on time, respectful of the home and property while they worked and did a great job! I would use them again and I recommend them.

We called Nor -Cal on Tuesday to get some prices to have our gutters cleaned had a message back the next day and was quick to give us a quote just by giving them some basic info! Price was definitely fair but I will pay all day for great customer service especially since they were done with the job by Friday afternoon! Could not believe the amount of burned leaves from recent fires and also how wonderful they look now. Super happy with the service and I recommend giving Nor-Cal for any services you may need.

Dave and his worker fabricated a rain gutter for me. Dave also mitigated some dry rot for me. He did an excellent job. He and his guys were cleaning courteous, I would recommend them to anyone.
