Northbay was the only roofer out of the three I asked to come assess my roof that went up on the roof to look at it. They saved me $25-35k (for now) by letting me know that the roof still had some life in it, and the current problem could be easily dealt with by using their maintenance service. They will be at the top of my list when it comes time for the replacement!!

Great job by Northbay Roofing & Gutters - after finally deciding to have them do the work, and originally being told they were about 3 weeks out, they had a cancellation and were scheduled the very next day. They even showed us why we would benefit from having an additional downspout added, telling us it didn't need to be done now but perhaps in the future. We decided since they were onsite, to add it, and the additional cost was minimal. Very responsive, great quality.

No doubt about it! I, like many people before me, procrastinated my gutter service until winter and low and behold they were clogged and overflowing come the first rain.
Northbay was the first company I called since I’ve seen their trucks working all around town. Lucky for me they were able to have an estimator out within the week and my gutters were cleaned not even two weeks after, and for a really fair price!

The crew was on time, laid out a perimeter for safety of public and got right to work. The crew at Northbay did a great job. Not only did everything go as planned and on schedule, they also alerted us to some problems unrelated to the project. Our project involved a gutter system replacement but we will look to them again for any future work on our roof.

Installer showed up on time. There seemed to be confusion about how to install my attic fans, but the installers did figure it out and did a great job. I was not overly impressed with the entire experience I had with Northbay 1) inability to provide general information about the quote, 2) lack of knowledge about solar attic fans and 3) poor cleanup after the job was complete.

Damien and his team came out for emergency repair service on a rainy weekend. They quickly diagnosed and repaired a leaking skylight and provided text and photo updates. I am very happy with the quality of service and professionalism and will be using them for future roofing needs.

Called on New Years Day when we discovered water dripping from exhaust fan. Damien helped us understand the source working from photos we sent. Then he had a repair crew there to fix it within a couple hours.

I wanted to wait for a few days of steady rain before I reviewed the roof maintenance. They were professional when they came out and they did not leave a mess. And so far we do not have any leaks and I am very happy with North Bay roofing and gutters. I'm sure I'll have them back out again, when needed.

Dave scheduled me in for an estimate within a few days of me calling. Got the estimate to me same day and performed the work just a few days later. They did exactly what they said they would and left the house and surrounding areas looking better than when they showed up. I highly recommend.

I've been working with Norcal Maintenance for years to clean my gutters and solar panels. This year I opted to have them install vulcan foundation and attic vents to help fire proof my property. They worked diligently to get the job done right and bonus, they painted all the vents to match the house. I highly recommend Norcal Maintenance!!!

I received rather short notice from my insurance company that I needed to have my cabin's roof cleaned of debris and moss if my policy was to be renewed. I called five companies and three didn't even take the time to respond. Dave of Nor Cal was the only one to get back to me quickly and was willing to work with my deadline. He made schedule adjustments to fit me in. The insurance company also wanted fire mitigation yard work done. I knew that wasn't in the scope of Nor Cal's work but asked Dave if he knew of anyone up to the task. He suggested a couple of capable workers and took the time to meet me at the cabin to discuss the project. He then took time to meet with the workers and outline the job, kept in touch with them over the three days of work, had them take photos of progress made and forwarded them to me. His fee for overseeing this? Zilch...he did it to help me out. When all this was done, I did a walk-thru with Cal Fire who gave a flawless review of both roof and yard work...I can enthusiastically recommend Dave's company. He's professional, efficient, meticulous and great to work with.
