From start to finish an amazing and satisfying experience with ARS. Their inspection and proposal was prompt, detailed, and competitive. While they’re a busy company they were very responsive to our request to schedule us as soon as possible. They job was excellent and their crew so friendly. Our premises were spotless after they were done. When we have to replace our roof we won’t go anywhere else!

We used ARS and had a very good experience. It was during the time when it was difficult to get a roofer to even return a phone call, but ARS had a real person answering phones. And even though the list to get our roof done was long, we were guaranteed to have our leaks addressed until it was our turn. And that is exactly what happened. We had 2 minor leaks patched asap during the heavy rain season and then got our roof done over the summer. Next rainy season, the new roof performed perfectly. All of the ARS people were very hard working and professional. We are extremely happy with our new roof, which has a life time warranty. It was a tiny bit extra to have the materials and labor covered for the life time warranty, but we felt it was worth it because we do not want to re-roof again!

I made the mistake of not using ARS Roofing when I replaced my roof...fast forward 5 years...I had a roof leak that I noticed 30 minutes before I was set to leave for the airport for a 13 day trip. I called the emergency line, the owner called me back personally to assure me that they would be to my house that day. I left for the airport knowing the issue would be handled, and it was. They texted me photos while I was on my trip to assure me that patch was made and set up a time to come do the full repair. Lesson #1: Hire ARS in the first place to do the roof. Lesson #2: Emergency services/repairs top notch.

These folks are absolutely the best! From their field technicians to the owner of the company - hands down complete professionals. They were so diligent in finding and repairing our roof and eliminating our leak. I would definitely recommend them for all your roofing and gutter issues. Call ARS!

ARS was very helpful when my insurance tried to scare me. ARS helped me to realize I don't actually need a new roof (amazing, since I figured they'd push to sell me one)... They can do a maintenance service for me to get me back in good standing with the insurance. I so appreciate their honesty and help!

They were completely booked and still made the time to come fix my leak in December before the rain started coming. That consideration alone was worth me giving them my business. We engaged ARS to replace the roof on our home in Marin County, in preparation for a solar panel installation. Everyone we worked with at ARS, from Letitia (the owner) to Bret (the estimator) to Destiny (the office manager) to the installation crew was professional and communicated clearly.

Our home is large and split across two-and-a-half floors on a steep hill. There are many segments and pitches to the roof; it's not the easiest home to re-roof. ARS did a fantastic job. The new roof looks great.

The team at ARS did a fantastic job replacing the roof on our 100 year-old craftsman house in Santa Rosa, replacing an aging tar + gravel roof with a new shingled roof. The upgrade enabled us to have a dry roof over our heads, and a new solar installation. When we had questions or concerns, they were responsive and prompt at addressing them. For example: after the installation, we noticed some issues with the gutters that needed to be fixed. They came out within the week to address our concerns, and we're happy with the results. Before hiring ARS, I looked into three other companies. It was clear by the other websites, reviews and price quotes that ARS was the company to choose. Plus a woman owned business - I knew the job would be high quality and I was right. The workers, Pedro and Juan, were delightful, hardworking and very responsive to my questions. Pedro used a specialized magnet daily to check for nails that fell into the yard when the old roof was taken off. The roof not only looks great but it comes with a transferable warranty if we were to sell. Lastly, I can't say enough about owner Letitia and her office staff. Professional and fun. What more could you ask for?

ARS Roofing was hired to replace our commercial roof. We were in a pinch given our closing date for a new building. They were by far the most responsive with our initial request for a quote and onsite inspection. Their turnaround time on questions is immediate, if not within a few hours. They kept us involved every step of the way and hit their due dates as expected, even with the unpredictable weather we have experienced. Each person I came in contact with on her team had the same excellent customer service approach and follow through. I didn't have to ask twice on anything. Although it took a long while for ARS to schedule a date for our roof repairs (mostly due to weather), it was worth the wait. The work was done to perfection, the crew was polite and cleaned up all evidence that they'd been there, and even took care of some issues that were not on our contract - they went above and beyond
