I can't speak highly enough of Clean CrawlSpace. It's no fun having mold but this company from the manager, David to the incredible workers made for an extremely good, professional remediation. I felt our project wasn't as straight forward as one would hope but this company followed through and went above and beyond. We will recommend this company to our neighbors and friends.

We had, what started off as a small project, grow into a much bigger one. Clean Crawl Space is the company you want to hire. Great communication every step of the way; they did everything they could to help our project go smoothly. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We had encapsulation done at our crawl space. The company used good quality materials. The workers did a good job without disruption to the home. The musty smell inside our home is gone once the work is completed. I suggest that the workers should take the initiative to show the customer after each stage of completion, eg. after the cleaning of the floor before proceeding to the next step. However the manger is very responsive to show us the pictures upon request. I highly recommend this company to whoever has the need.

Clean Crawl space did a fantastic job!! Very professional, answered all our questions throughout the entire project. Always on time, great attention to keeping house protected while going in and out of crawl space. Their work was absolutely 5+ stars!!

This company is top notch, all around, From initial contact to the bidding everybody involved was so personable yet professional! Even the guys doing the very difficult work under the house, could be heard cracking jokes and keeping the humor and positive attitude, during the week they were there. The office staff is great, and so was bid agent who came to assess our property!

They did a great job cleaning up the crawl space, trenching, installing a sump pump and liner. They showed up on time with a smile each day, covered my furnishings and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done.

Crawl space ended up getting done sooner than expected & ready for the first of our atmospheric rivers. I was surprised by how much water went under my house & the sump pumps removed. The result is very gratifying & makes me feel my house is safer & cleaner.

Clean CrawlSpace Inc. is a very professional business. They put in a sump pump, trenching, and encapsulation to combat moisture in my crawlspace. Lalo and his team were skilled, polite, tidy, and they completed this big job within a limited time frame. High quality work. So impressed!

If I could give more stars, I would. From top to bottom , every employee of CLearn CrawlSpace was extraordinarily professional, knowledgeable, and extremely competent. The communications were excellent. Caesar and Juan were the great guys to work with, arriving promptly and when they said they would. Caesar was a great at keeping me informed of the progress and checking to make sure I understood the process, etc. Mike was very thorough and responsive about the project from beginning to end and follow up. I love that they are a local company.

Great response and great customer service from beginning to end in all aspects of the work. Daniel and crew were skilled and friendly. Everyone liked their work, supportive of each other and if me the customer. Very refreshing to experience this.

I am happy with the results but I was not told before hand that I needed a separate outlet with a different amp for the pump to operate properly. This is an extra cost that I was not told before hand.

Diego and Dave replaced a sump pump, did extensive drainage drilling and installed a much needed moisture barrier under the house.
