They are very communicative about scheduling and they show up on time when they say they will. It can be frustrating working with contractors and sun contractors but these folks are the exception, no doubt in my mind.

We got our crawlspace completely lined and a sump pump put in after terrible moisture build up under our house. Now our crawlspace might be the cleanest area of the house!!
Before we did everything, the rep wisely suggested we also get a check and sealing for any rodent invasion. I will never buy another house without doing the sealing of the house first. So glad we got it. No issues with rodents anywhere, Attic or crawlspace and a Dry base to the house. Also, no bugs in either! What an improvement. Also, the floors are definitely warmer due to no cold air flowing in.
The crew was kind and efficient and took pictures. It is worth the price.

We had a great experience with Clean CrawlSpace. The work is exceptional, and the team was terrific.

I called Clean Crawl Space since I had rusted post piers to replace them. I had already fixed the house up for sale, so everything had been painted and looking good. They were able to replace the piers without any issues, no new cracks or weird stuff. The other company was worried about new cracks showing up. Being in the construction trade, I though Clean Crawl space was very professional and they did the job correctly!
