Came on time (early actually!) and completed the work quickly on our gutter cleaning -- the day after Christmas too! Will use them again.

They put in a great roof (according to my solar installers). Swept up with a broom and a magnet afterwards to get rid of nails. Since the roofing work made the water dirty in our little kiddie pool, they even dumped it out and refilled it!

Amazing work: the guys were awesome, extra clean, extra focused, prompt, courteous, considerate. I can't think of any other words!

I can't speak for the service they provide but I can speak as to their carelessness towards fellow residents of Sonoma County. I was nearly killed by a Northbay Roofing truck on 6/4/2014 at 2:45 pm. The plate number was 7K67107. The driver was weaving in and out of heavy traffic on 101 south at about 85 MPH in a very large work truck. I watched the driver cut off another car by driving over the gore point on the Hearn exit. It is only a matter of time before someone working for this company kills someone.

Luis and his coworkers were fantastic. Professional, on time and great at what they do. This company gave me a very reasonable estimate comparing to some crazy ones I revived. I highly recommend them.

When we decided to reroof our cottage with metal (fire safety, durability), we found one of the only contractors was Northbay Roofing, but we were quickly impressed and worked with them from first estimate in June to completion of the roof in October. Northbay's four-day job on the metal roof and gutters was fast and professional and as far as we can see, perfect.

As a note to other homeowners, reroofing is not necessarily a simple overall project. Northbay's roofing was preceded by related work by another builder: demolition of the asphalt shingling and repair of the roof structure, including replacement of the range exhaust venting, laying new attic insulation, adding a gable access hatch into the attic to facilitate those tasks and any future attic work like electrical.

But the metal roofing itself? You can't go wrong with Northbay Roofing.

Accurate diagnosis of the problem. Efficient repair to old shingles on the sides of several mansard roof popups on a flat roof design. Got the whoel job done in four hours. I was amazed.

Northbay installed gutters on our house many years ago. When we had a small problem with partial detachment. Northbay fixed it as part of their warranty on workmanship. Very pleased.

This company advertises seamless gutters. When they came to bid, they confirmed the gutters would be seamless and the contract said seamless. The reality is seams on two sides of the house, plus broken tiles on all four sides, and a leak they initiated and couldn't fix. They bid $2000 to fix the leak by re-roofing that section of the roof so I brought in another roofer who quickly found what they had damaged and fixed it.

North bay roofing & gutter replaced all my gutters yesterday. Professional crew did a great job. Everything was cleaned up before they left. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

North Bay just finished a replacement of a rear gutter on my home. The old gutter was installed with back fall and rusted through in 18 years. North Bay did a PRECISION job of replacement including adjusting the grade to flow. Luis and his helper were professional and cleaned up the area when done. THANKS. Northbay Roofing and Gutters, a family business, did a new roof for our warehouse recently. Damien knows his stuff, having been in the business for a decade or more. He can repair or rebuilt, as necessary. His careful cleanup work was appreciated. He has excellent command of the materials and will keep you on the straight and narrow, making sure you have what you need at a reasonable price. I recommend his work.

My 95 year old Mother has lived in the same home for over sixty years. The low slope tar and gravel roof has needed constant maintenance over most of those years. I’ve collected a stack of business cards from roofing contractors over the years. Northbay Roofing and Gutters is the first and only roofing contractor that I will whole heartedly endorse and with confidence recommend to service any/all of your roofing and gutter needs. Northbay totally replaced the gutters and downspouts on our new house in February 2016. They showed up on time, did the work quickly, and charged what they said they would. So far the gutters are working as they should and it's rained a lot over the past few days. If we ever need a new roof or repairs (hopefully not for many years!), I would use them again.

I can't praise Damien and his staff at North Bay Roofing enough. I had a small leak after 12 years. It was a problem with a faulty shingle. I called North Bay Roofing. Damien came out was polite and professional. He took care of the issue under warranty. I really was not expecting warranty. It is great to see in this day of age a company truly standing behind their work. I highly recommend North Bay Roofing they are they real deal.
