Dave was easy to deal with and gave us a fair price. His crew arrived
an hour early and spent nearly two hours cleaning our gutters (two story home)
and ensured there were no clogs or leaks. They cleaned up all the crud
afterwords as well and carted it off as opposed to stashing it in my garbage
can. I would recommend them.

You have to tell most gutter cleaning companies that you have a two-story house that requires a tall ladder and a guy shows up with a 6 foot ladder in his truck and you have to send him away. Don’t make that mistake.

These guys did such a great job cleaning and installing leaf guards on all my gutters on my house. I have some rentals that I will also have them do. David the owner is polite conscientious and reliable. My advice would be to call Norcal maintenance to have them not only do gutters. They do windows and power washing which I will have them back after when things get back to normal.

I needed to have someone look at my gutters as they were leaking when it rained and was not draining properly. I called Nor-Cal Maintenance for help. They were very understanding and responded quickly. Dave gave me a very reasonable estimate and the repairs were done quickly and professionally.

Or I should say my house had the great experience of this company installing new gutter covers, cleaning my skylights and rebuilding a new downspout that my roofer just left undone.
They all wore masks and I hardly knew they were on my roof.

They cleaned the gutter and downspouts, removed the old screen systems and installed new attractive gutter screens. Without being asked they blew off my entire roof, my entire back yard and front yard and helped carry boxes up the stairs for my housemate at no additional charge. Very happy with this company, their crew and their service! Highly recommend!

I’ve been using Nor-Cal for many years now for rooftop and gutter cleaning and gutter replacements when needed. The crew is courteous and always on time. They inspect and inform me of any problem areas, do a timely and thorough rooftop and gutter cleaning job including flushing the gutter exits as many times as necessary and they clean up impeccably before leaving. I always schedule again for the next year at the end of each service.

Wow, they did an excellent job taking care of our second story gutters- fast, reliable, caring, neat, and easy to communicate with. They are fully licensed, insured, bonded, carry worker's comp. insurance, and are diamond certified with 40 years in business. Working on our second story is dangerous so I wanted a company with those qualities. I woukd definitely recommend them!

We had them remove moss off a section of our roof, clean our gutters, and install gutter guards. They completed in under 2 hours and did a fantastic job. The team was very friendly and respectful. Would definitely recommend!
