John arrived at our home on time and went right to work. He inspected our ductwork, provided pictures from inside our air ducts and gave us valuable feedback and a quote. The work was done as discussed and for the price quoted. I highly recommend The Duct Doctor.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Don't look any further, you've found the best company to help you out for your HVAC needs! John and every one who works at the Duct Doctor is super professional, and they all have incredibly high standards for their work. Also, great rates. Look no further! These guys have your back and they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled. They take pride in their work and have integrity. They are super friendly, professional, and John himself even took us out for lunch! I didn't know that kind of relationship building even existed anymore, and it's refreshing to know that it does - we've built a relationship with these guys and as a new homeowner, I know exactly who I will be calling for all HVAC needs moving forward. We really feel blessed to have stumbled across this company and these guys. A truly good experience doing business with them.

They were very clean, neat, and respectful to my home. They explained everything in detail in a way where I was able to understand it. They educated me on my furnace and my air conditioner. John was super honest and gave me a really good price. I highly recommend this company to anybody that needs quality HVAC work done. I wish there were more places of business that have costumer service skills like the Duct Doctor.

On Tuesday, John and his crew came to our home to repair and clean our HVAC duct system and service our units. We highly recommend them!
I called them because of the reviews I had read online and they were even better than that. John is fair and more than honest in his pricing and dealing. Even charged us less than the original quote.
On top of that, John, his wife Robin, and his assistant are very professional, yet personable and friendly. We trust them and would definitely hire them again.

We had a great experience using Duct-Doctor to clean out the ducts in our Sonoma home. Jordan and Jonathan were very professional and great to work with - friendly, on-time, kept our house clean, and very thorough on the duct cleaning. They even went above and beyond what we had scoped - while they were checking our ducts under the house, they took some pic's that showed some issues that needed our attention that we would not have known about otherwise. Highly recommend!

My experience with The Duct Doctor was amazing from the initial call to the cleaning! The owner John was very easy to talk to and transparent about what to expect. He asks you a few questions to get an idea of what you are in need of. He listens attentively and is very clear in his responses. He was able to get me in his schedule early the next morning. Jordan and Michael were right on time, kind, knowledgeable, and ready and willing to explain things OR get dusty! They were SO thorough, hitting this one vent in the hall that sucks all the air that was so riddled with dust, three times! Poor Jordan! But he loved it, and I loved that the most! Not only do they do great work, but they LOVE what they do! John, I will be in touch soon about getting that duct in the bathroom replaced! You guys rock!

I was impressed all around with this company! First I would like to say the owner John was awesome to work with. He made it very easy for me to understand the whole process ahead of time/what to expect & cost etc. for vent cleaning services. He put me on the schedule super quick which was appreciated! Next, the tech Mac who came out was awesome! He was very courteous & professional and I appreciated the time he took to explain everything before and as he went along. I will definitely be using the Duct Doctor for future services and highly recommend them! 👌

I called the duct doctor in desperate need of cleaning because I had just moved into a newly bought home that probably has not been cleaned for a while because the heating was not working.
John was very receptive. He answered my inquiry in only a couple of hours and he called when he promised. Him and his crew came out at the very next day to my house and did a very thorough inspection.
My house is a no shoe household and upon messaging John about it he not only make sure to wear shoe cover in every part of my house. He brought rags to wipe off dirt and vacuumed any places that he might have made a mess on although he didn’t because it was just an inspection!
I was very, very touched by how respectful he was of my space and how instructive he was to his crews. My house had an attic and a crawl space to inspect. They came prepared and their attitude was very professional and reassuring that they were going to find out what the problem was. Upon assessing the , He gave me an easy explanation so i could understand and a very reasonable quote. He saw my needs and him and the crew came out the very next day again to do duct repairing, replacement, cleaning and furnace cleaning as well!
It took them couple hours, but I could tell that they did a very thorough work. They took pictures of everywhere before and after and I was very surprised how dirty it was, and I swore that I will do an occasional cleaning from now on because the air quality was different even my very good LG air purifier could tell. I am so glad that I called the duct doctor! And I’m probably going to call them for my future needs as well! I highly highly recommend them!!!! Thank you John and the crew :))

John is a blessing. I called him worried, and anxious and he not only put me at ease almost immediately but his professionalism, experience, and knowledge of all things duct related only paled in compare to his kindness and willingness to take time with me on the phone while I peppered him with questions. He came to our house the very next morning, personally, to validate what he believed to be true, true. Once confirmed and correctly diagnosed his crew came in and worked their magic. In today’s day and age finding an ethical, honest, and truly knowledgeable person in the service industry can sometimes be harder than it should be. Thank goodness for this business, thank goodness for John, and thank goodness for the technology he uses to show true evidence of issues before and after service. I only wish I could give more stars.

I cant say enough about the duct doctor, they were clean efficient and professional. They came all the way from Santa Rosa to Fort Bragg to help us out. They were very reasonable with their price. They got the job done in a timely manner. They also were more than happy to answer any questions that we had. I would definitely use them again.

John came to as soon as he could gave us a very professional proposal with detail explanation. It was approved. The crew was schedued arrived on time, did a efficient job of replacing the ducting. Two very nice young guys arrived at my house on time. They immediately went to work checking my heater and then throughly checking the ducts to see if there was any damage. All was good and they proceeded to clean the ducts. They left the house very clean and even put the bed back in place in the bedroom. I will recommend your service as high quality and affordable.
