Treyvon was very thorough with his inspection and repair work needed to the ducting under my house. Other HVAC specialists had come before and did not check all the ducting or find the damages but Treyvon found and repaired every single duct under my house.

Very professional! Owner picked up phone right away, set up prompt appointment, arrived earlier than promised (as I had requested for my schedule), came with two helpers to perform the work right away, everyone in clean uniforms and friendly and shoe covering. Presented several options, including a more expensive option to try to find dead mouse in ducts that would have involved removing and replacing drywall. We opted for less expensive easier approach that appears to have alleviated the problem. Has good technology to let us know crew was on the way and to send electronic invoice with photos of findings in the dirty ductwork. High marks all around.

It was a joy working with EVERYONE associated with The Duct Doctor. My calls were returned promptly and questions answered thoroughly. There was one slight problem which was resolved the next day. I can't get over how friendly everyone was!

The crew arrived on time and ready for action. They explained the process clearly and went right to work, taking precautions to keep the inside of the house clean. I have been searching a long time for a company that could help replace, repair, and clean the ducts under my house to prepare for winter. I am grateful to say that once I talked to John, the owner, and met Mackenzie, Greg, and Dustin, employees, my endless and frustrating search is now over! The guys were beyond polite and professional, this was the best customer service that I have ever experienced. In order to service the ducts they had to cut a hatch in my closet floor to access impossible places under the house. The work was immaculate and thorough. Mackenzie even FaceTime’d me from Ace Hardware so I could select the perfect handle for my new floor hatch. The Duct Doctors

Duct doctor was referred from another HVAC company. I can’t imagine finding anyone more helpful and honest. I received 3 quotes that varied from 1700 - 8000! There are some very dishonest companies and I am grateful I found these guys.

John and the team assessed issues with my ductwork correctly and provided the best solution to improve airflow and also cleaned entire system. I am very pleased with the work that was done. John is experienced and honest and takes time to evaluate carefully. Another company had told me I needed to replace everything which wasn't true.

We had a great experience with The Duct Doctor this morning! Trevon came out to clean our ducts and did an excellent job from start to finish. He was very professional, friendly, and considerate—especially since I was home with my baby. He made sure we stepped out while he was cleaning to keep us away from any of the dust, which I really appreciated. He worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and left the house spotless. We’re so happy with the results and would definitely recommend The Duct Doctor (and Trevon!) to anyone needing their ducts cleaned.

These guys were awesome. I really wanted to get my job done because of burning through propane so quickly. They accommodated me even though the conditions were horrible. They did it with a cheerful, can do attitude. Old fashioned customer service with excellent workmanship. Can highly recommend John and the young men who work with him.

This was such a great service. We haven’t had our ducts cleaned in ages and were reluctant because we didn’t want to be “upsold” a new HVAC system. Quite the OPPOSITE happened with the Duct Doctor. Tevon and Aden were so friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the type of brushes and technique they would use. They both got under our house to assess the duct work! They showed us pics every step of the way. We are so happy with the results. The air in our home is cleaner.

John, the owner, is a great guy and was able to squeeze me in for the very next day. His two technicians showed up on time and quickly did a solid job, both were great guys as well. No upselling or unnecessary pressure like you get with some of the big-name companies. This is exactly the kind of small, locally owned business we should be supporting. Straightforward, honest service. Highly recommend.

Chance and his crew were fantastic! The installed a new furnace, whole house fan and AC. Their pricing was very competitive and customer service fantastic. They were also very responsive by text and phone.
They work really well as a team. They clean up as they go. They were done with the whole project in less time than originally planned. I’m so fortunate to have bees referred to Chance and his company.

Very professional. Quality work, they go above and beyond to not only make things look nice but also to make things more functional! Very pleased with my HVAC work and the hot water heater installation. Looks 10x better than it did before.
