We had an air-conditioning emergency. We were hosting a wedding with many out-of-town guests and our air conditioning failed during hot weather. This company provided emergency service and replaced the capacitor which was broken. We had a lovely weekend due to the comfort response team!

The Comfort Response Team provided the exact support we needed. We were having trouble with keeping a constant temp throughout our home. The Comfort Response Team recommend a more stable thermostat (replacing our 10+ year old one) and suggested relocating a thermostat to another location in the home. The thermostat the recommended was a wireless version which saved $$$ in labor/installation cost.

Now, Our home is more a comfortable temperature which ultimately saves us $$$ on our heating bill.

We were so pleased with Comfort Response team when our thermostat went out during a recent heat wave. They came out the same day, assessed the problem, installed a temporary thermostat, and advised us on purchasing a new thermostat. That way, we got the features we wanted for a lower price and qualified for a rebate for energy efficiency. Once we had the new thermostat, they came back right away to install it and get it set up. We will definitely call them again when we need service!
